Here's the mod, like I said some time yesterday.
Since it's a request from the queue, I might as well spam the
RRM Modding Queue link If any suggestions create uncomfortable patterns with the notes before or after, make sure you change them as well. It's kinda obvious but I might as well put it here
With any images, suggestions are on the left whilst the original is on the right

NoviceJacksBasically, I think that you should remove all of these in this difficulty. They're all too fast for players at this level. I'm just listing a few alternatives to the jacks in this section.
00:09:002 (9002|3,9002|2,9171|2,9171|3) - choose from {23,01}, {03,12} or {12,03}. {13,23} was used before, {02,13} would unnecessarily make a chord jack and {01,23} would make this section left heavy - because of 00:08:154 (8154|0) -. Personally, I'd choose {23,01}. It's easier to play which is nice because two 1/2 chords are a lot of notes relatively.
The same applies to these notes;
01:45:781 (105781|2,105781|1,105951|2,105951|1) -
01:46:629 (106629|2,106629|3,106798|3,106798|2) -
Alternating between two columns is a way of representing repeated sounds, or at least in my opinion. The rest of the suggestions in the jack section will be have patterns based on this
00:30:866 (30866|2,31036|2,31205|1,31205|3) - change to the following;
The alternating between columns with 00:30:866 (30866|3,31036|0,31205|3) - represents the repeated kick sound. This could also go in {1} and {2}, if you want. I put 00:31:205 (31205|2) - in the same hand as 00:31:205 (31205|3) - because it feels more comfortable to go RH, LH, RH, rather than RH, LH, RH+LH. This creates hand imbalance so at least one note from 00:31:883 (31883|1,31883|3) - needs to be in the LH
Other instances;
00:41:713 (41713|1,41883|1,42052|3) -
00:52:561 (52561|0,52730|0,52900|2,52900|3) -
01:14:256 (74256|0,74425|0,74595|2,74595|3) -
01:35:951 (95951|2,96120|2,96290|3,96290|1) -
01:45:442 (105442|3,105612|0,105781|2,105781|1) - you didn't make this a jack but I'd still use a similar pattern
00:46:798 (46798|0,46968|0,47137|2,47307|2,47476|3,47476|1) - change to the following;
Having an {x,y,x,y} pattern makes it obvious that you're mapping the repetition of one sound. As long as you alternate between LH and RH, all combinations are fine.
This could also work;
In the second version, I've split the jacks into two groups. The first, 00:46:798 -/00:46:968 -, is played using the index fingers of both hands and the second, 00:47:137 -/00:47:307 -, is played using the middle fingers. This still works when inverting the pattern in any way. It's not really as obvious as the above but it's more comfortable
00:55:612 (55612|3,55781|3,55951|0,56120|0,56290|2,56544|2,56798|2,56968|0,56968|3) - change to the following;
The 1/2 snapped notes, 00:55:612 (55612|3,55781|3,55951|0,56120|0) -, are mapped on the index fingers to show that they're part of one group of notes. The 3/4 notes, 00:56:290 (56290|2,56544|2) -, are mapped on the middle fingers for the same reason. Any LH/RH pattern should work for these. With 00:56:798 (56798|2,56968|0,56968|3) -, 00:56:798 - should be on one hand and 00:56:968 (56968|0,56968|3) - on the other for comfort reasons, explained earlier. Assuming that you're keeping the jacks, 00:57:137 (57137|1,57476|1,57815|1) -, this will also stop the player from needing to play a note in the same hand before doing these jacks, which would be uncomfortable.
The same applies to 01:39:002 (99002|0,99171|0,99341|3,99510|3,99680|1,99934|1,100188|1,100358|0,100358|3) -
01:21:375 (81375|1,81544|1,81713|2,81883|1,82052|1,82222|2) - change to the following;
The 1/2 jacks, 01:21:375 (81375|1,81544|1,81883|1,82052|1) -, are all played by the index fingers where 01:21:713 (81713|2,82222|2) - are played by the middle fingers. Making the fingers play notes in this way acknowledges the fact that there are two different sounds being played whilst being completely hand balanced. If you wanted to you could swap the note columns. However, I'd leave it as it is because I find that playing the higher pitched sounds, 01:21:713 -/01:22:222 -, on the outer fingers feels more suitable
PatterningSince 1/4 snaps are the fastest in this difficulty, avoid using uncomfortable one-handed {x,y,x} patterns, like 00:12:730 (12730|2,12900|3,12985|2) -. Move 00:12:730 (12730|2) - to the other hand. The same applies to 01:50:358 (110358|1,110527|0,110612|1) -
00:31:205 (31205|3,31205|1,31883|1,31883|3) - not really important but I find that the repeated chords are bland. I'd rather it gets changed - like to {13,02}, or something. Same with the next two chords
00:33:917 (33917|3,33917|2,34256|0,34256|1,34595|3,34595|2,34934|0,34934|1,35273|2,35273|3,35442|0,35442|1,35612|3,35612|2) - like before, I find that alternating between two chords, {01} and {23} in this case, isn't that interesting in terms of gameplay. Suggestion in the image below;
Since {03,12}/{12,03} is more comfortable for most people than {02,13}/{13,02}, I'd say you should use that for the 1/1 snaps. The reason for horizontally flipping 00:35:273 (35273|0,35273|1,35442|3,35442|2,35612|1,35612|0) - is below
00:35:612 (35612|2,35951|2) - remove this jack. In my opinion, it's not warranted, as there isn't a repeated sound. It should be solved if you followed the above
01:06:120 (66120|3,66459|3) - remove this jack. It isn't that fast but there there are enough free columns to not have the jack and there aren't any noticeable repeated sounds to support it - the kicks happen on every 1/1 snap for this section
The same applies to;
01:06:798 (66798|0,67137|0) -
01:07:476 (67476|3,67815|3) -
01:12:900 (72900|0,73239|0) -
AdvancedConsistencyBetween 00:17:646 - and 00:30:527 -, your jumpstream only has chords on the 2nd and 4th beats of each bar. However, the other jumpstreams have chords on each 1/1 snap - like from 00:04:086 - to 00:11:883 -, 00:36:629 - to 00:52:561 -, etc. Since there isn't any musical differences between the sections, make them consistent
00:03:747 (3747|1,3747|3,3747|0) - other instances of this sound only have doubles; 00:17:307 (17307|3,17307|0) -, 00:36:290 (36290|0,36290|3) -, etc
PatterningAs a general statement, I don't really like the long chordjacks when you're mapping the same sound, like 00:01:375 (1375|3,1375|2,1629|3,1629|2,2052|2,2052|3,2307|3,2307|2,2730|3,2730|2,2985|3,2985|2,3239|3,3239|2) -. Whilst they represent the music well, you only use {01} and {23}, as far as I can tell. This makes it slightly repetitive, as there are only two chords used. Use the other double combinations, like {02}, {12}, etc. Also, the one-handed chords ruins hand balance. For example, between 01:20:019 - and 01:30:019 -, you have the majority of the chordjacks in the LH and it felt weird to play
00:31:713 (31713|2,31883|3,31883|2) - jacks like these are uncomfortable to hit; where the second note has a one-handed double. I'd move 00:31:883 - to the LH. The same applies to the next three jacks
00:46:798 (46798|2,46798|3,46968|3,46968|2,47137|1,47137|0,47307|2,47307|3) - these sounds are all the same. You can change it to a pattern that reflects that, such as {23,01,23,01} or {03,12,23,01}, or any random chord sequence. As it is, it looks like 00:46:798 (46798|3,46798|2,46968|3,46968|2,47307|3,47307|2) - are mapping one sound and 00:47:137 (47137|1,47137|0) - is another

Like I said in Discord, these diffs are pretty good. I'm assuming this is going for rank so good luck with that
