Problem Details:

osu! version: 20170103.2 (latest)

I have this problem with Intel ICD OpenGl and I read many threads about it , but its still not working . Now I reinstalled the game and it still doesnt work .
I thought it could be because I have one Nvidia and an Intel card .

That would be because of integration issues
Sometimes new updates of drivers even cause more problems due to incompatibility
That's the simplest explanation I can give

Because that seems to be the only current fix?

Is your PC using your "dedicated" Nvidia card to run any applications? This problem shouldn't occur if you were.

It still seems to cause this issue, even if it's set to use dedicated GPU. For some reason.

Run DXDiag and save the file then upload the document here or onto pastebin.

You can alternatively check what graphics devices you have in system under Display Adapters in Device Manager. Although it might not tell you the model.
