Why are you making the begining drum with sample soft-hitwhistle, while after you put a normal soft-whistle using the icon on the left side.
The thing that can change in-game is, if people turn off hitsound, they won't hear the begining note 00:10:658 (10658|2,10958|2,11258|2,11858|1,12308|3) - as "soft-hitwhistle", but will hear them as hitnormal.
This is one of the rare map that hitsound nearly change the entire song, so you'll have to be extra carefull on your hitsound, due to it being so loud, it change the rhythm of the song itself.
