first off: the timing is a little messed up. this is (almost entirely) a single bpm song, and its 200bpm 7/4 the entire way through, though your offset needs to be set to -25. to mod this, i used the timing you have, so don't change it until after you go through my mod (its gonna take a lot of resnapping and fixing). this has also affected your NCs in that they are not placed on the correct beats in a majority of cases (a few examples: 01:25:776 (1,3) - 01:27:876 (1,3) - 00:45:876 (1,3) - 01:42:576 (1) - ) which you will have to go through and fix (too many to list in the mod, and fairly consistent with how many beats off they are). the string sections starting 02:05:976 (4) - here and 03:29:974 (1) - here do not require extra timing points, the string sounds are just desynced from the metronome at 1/3 beat. you can tell this is the case because 02:08:076 (14) - will land on a large white tick should your timing be correct.
also i think the quiet part could use some rhythm revision. since its such a contrast in pace to the fast sections, why not use more sliders and follow the melody, vocals and background synth more? they are also the most important / relevant parts of that section musically so it feels really weird that the whole section follows the clicky drum sounds in the background that loop and don't change. and sounds like 00:45:276 (3,4,5,6) - are mapped but not the synth melody that repeats (you can hear it start on the head of 00:46:176 (3) - )
last thing i wanna address that pervades throughout the entire map is the use of sliders, particularly kicksliders. you use kicksliders for a very very wide range of sounds and i think you should tone it down. sometimes you use kicksliders when there are no sounds on the blue tick, but to emphasize different things in the music which makes them confusing, and feel like they dont follow the music. it can be okay to do this but generally you want to do it for only one or two
particular things in the music instead of emphasizing everything you can with kicksliders, because you also use kicksliders when there are sounds on the blue tick, but you don't use them in different ways, so it ends up losing relation to the music. the same applies to 1/8 repeat sliders, which you use quite effectively to emphasize the sounds here: 01:23:976 (1) - but then lose this relationship/effectiveness by using them here: 01:43:776 (1,3) - or here 02:39:415 (8) - and in other places.
00:10:200 (4) - i think this is better as 2 circles
00:16:200 (4,2) - unrankable overlap (the slider bodies are perfectly overlapped and the second slider is fully faded in before the first fully fades out)
00:18:276 (7,8,1) - virtually unreadable especially at such a low SV where 1/3 sliders look very similar to 1/2. maybe just NC to display that its 1/3 or make 7 a repeat slider and change spacing accordingly
00:22:626 (9) - kickslider since same melody sound as 00:22:476 (8) - ?
00:24:126 (2,3,1) - looks sloppy because of the inconsistent spacing
00:24:426 (2,3) - make 2 a repeat slider instead of 1/3? again its virtually impossible to read
00:27:276 (1,2,3) - why are these slider ends muted and not others? it makes these feel like you don't hit them when you play them since you aren't doing this for kicksliders previously (though i would recommend not doing it to kicksliders at all)
00:36:876 (3,4,5,6) - pretty huge jumps for such a quiet part, almost bigger than anything else previously (applies to all squares in the quiet section)
00:49:476 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,1) - slowly increase spacing to emphasize to music

01:09:276 (3,4) - 01:09:876 (2,3) - 01:11:376 (3,4) - 01:13:476 (3,4) - and so on definitely deserve more emphasis. they are roughly the same size as the jumps around them despite being much more abrasive and in your face drum noises.
01:33:051 (8,9,1) - 9 to 1 almost reads like a 1/4 gap since it has equal spacing to 8-9, and could definitely be misread in such a rhythmically dense song/map
01:43:776 (1,2,3) - not a fan of this rhythm, the blue tick on 1's end has a sound that shuold be clickable and is very similar to 2,3, and the tail of 3 has a very important sound that i think should also be clickable.
01:45:876 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - not sure why these are muted when there are audible, prominent blue tick sounds.
01:46:326 (5,7,1) - the 5,1 overlap is sloppy and looks ugly
01:53:001 (6,2) - avoid slight overlap
01:55:476 (2) - use 1/8 repeat slider like before?
02:00:426 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - dont think its a good idea to introduce a new spacing concept so late into a section when you've already established how sounds like this are mapped / spaced

i also think you should try and give your jumps more structure. simply using consistent spacings doesn't matter if you do not shape things consistently or create a consistent visual structure.
