That would be my own partly Utsuho Reiuji inspired skin.
There's not really anything really special about it except for the spinner, I've kinda only changed that, hitcircles, scoreboard, and a few other things.

Standard = Azure. With 80 percent modifications. Sometimes I don't refer it as Azure skin anymore.

Taiko = LH's skin, with empty hitcombo sound, pippidon because they irritate me. Scott Pilgrim HP bar with kiai fire yeah.

MM sliders with clear hit circles and idk what skin it is from but I think osuplayer111 uses in a lot of his maps.

<_< The Cartoon skin. Doesn't look too great, but it is simplistic and not as distracting for me. I find that I play better with it on.

Currently XiStyle with transparency enabled, but I usually stick with the default skin. Wouldn't mind getting a skin with smaller hitbursts, as lots of people don't really design maps with the default bursts in mind--lots of markers can become obscured by the things.

Hit circles and the lifebar are from Lanttu's map http://osu.ppy.sh/b/99981

The hitbursts are from the Aero skin viewtopic.php?f=15&t=47547

and I've made all the numbers except the hit circle numbers invisible. Oh and the bottom for all this is some skin made by Rigeru which was modified by a player named heintsi and further messed with by me.
