[resolved] Player name change problem

Problem Details:
I gifted my friend osu!supporter so she can change her nickname but it is used by a person that wasn't online for 5 years(yes i know his/her playcount is 5,460) but still is there any way to change it?

You can take an existing user's username if they haven't logged in for at least 6 months when they have no plays. For every 500 plays across all game modes you must wait an additional year to take the username. This means that a user with a play-count (combined over all modes) of 680, you’d have to wait 1.86 years – or 678 days – from their last login.

And with this users playcount, this name aint gonna be available any time soon.
