- judging by the structure of the music at the beginning, i'd argue that the beginning is actually 74 bpm. you might want to get some more opinions on this
- 00:24:475 (4) - slider end doesn't really land on any strong sounds. maybe end on 00:25:286 - instead and start spinner on 00:25:488 - ?
- can you please use more circles? 7 circles compared to 74 sliders oh my
- 00:38:396 (3) - for example you could split this up into two circles to make the "ki" and "mi" more distinct
- 00:55:987 (3) - this is another place you could split up the slider imo
- 01:01:642 (1) - these are all suggestions for where you can change the sliders into circles, so feel free to make any self changes or ignore all these
- 01:03:526 (3) - last one i'm gonna mention, but i really do think you should use more circles s:
- 00:22:042 (1,2) - why the slight change in spacing here? would rather just see a stack, but nothing wrong with what you currently have either
- 00:28:972 (1) - since the rest of the combo is following the vocals, it seems strange to skip the vocal note on 00:29:286 - . why not try 1/1 slider + circle?
- 00:37:453 (2) - there's actually no drum sound here and there definitely isn't a snare here. i'd move this to 00:37:296 - where the actual drum sound is and change it to a whistle for the kick
- 00:38:710 (5,6) - having 1/1 stack here and then switching to to 2/1 stack for 00:41:537 (2,1) - is not something i'd recommend. maybe try breaking stack at 00:38:710 (5,6) -
- 01:06:668 (1,2) - doesn't really fit the music imo. there's no cymbal on 01:07:296 (2) - so finish doesn't seem right, and i'd argue that vocals are more prominent here, so maybe try this?
- 00:12:313 (3,4) - music is so calm compared to what's mapped. there's no sound on 00:12:718 so there shouldn't be a slider end here imo. maybe try a rhythm like this?SPOILERyour patterning would need to be reworked though :/
- yeah that's it good job. as expected of Elite Mapper Kibbleru, master of mapping
- 00:19:610 (1,2,3) - i'd try and differentiate the spacing here to make the change to 1/2 more noticeable. it looks almost exactly like the 1/1 spacing you used for the last 20 seconds so it might come off as unexpected
- 00:33:055 (2,1) - holy what is this blanket
- 00:44:364 (2,3,4,5,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - i'd definitely try and nerf this stream. coming off of the Hard, this feels really scary due to the really large increase in note density
- 00:53:631 (4,1) - you could probably blanket this; looks like a really off blanket as it currently is
- 01:04:155 (1,2) - yeah just.. fix your blankets please
- 00:12:515 - i get that you're following guitars here, but it's a shame to not map to this unique-sounding synth here
- 00:24:475 (2,3) - not sure how i feel about the overlap near the (3)'s slider end. should be fine though, since it's visible by the time you get to it, but you might want some more opinions on this
- 00:33:998 (1,2,3,4) - why the sudden switch from vocals here to 00:34:626 (5,6) - drums here? it feels really weird changing layers mid-combo like this, especially since you change back to vocals right after. i wouldn't ignore 00:34:940 -
- 00:45:307 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - i don't think this is a good fit for the stream here. using a triple + kick slider pattern twice in a row feels like overdoing it for an Insane of this level, but maybe that's just me
- 00:47:506 (3) - it's really hard to make out that this is a kick slider due to the patterning. i'd reconsider your pattern here to make the reading more appropriate
- 00:49:704 (4,5) - 00:50:961 (3,4) - why stack one of these but unstack the other? they're the same double-kick so i think they should follow a similar structure. since 00:52:218 (3,4) - is also unstacked maybe consider breaking the stack at 00:50:961 (3,4) - . same with 01:03:526 (3,4) - and any others
- 01:00:385 (6) - forget to NC here by chance?
- 01:08:239 (2,3) - i don't think a kick slider is appropriate here. this is one continuous held vocal, so imo it should be a 1/2 slider instead, or two circles if you're going for the synth in the background. either way, that kick slider doesn't feel appropriate here
- 01:14:521 (2,4) - blanket's pretty off if you care
- 01:28:029 (3) - what is this mapped to? even if we're assuming you're mapping to the "heikousen" vocals (since that's the only sound here) it doesn't even match what sounds are being heard
- 00:02:380 (2,3) - this is the only part that doesn't match the rest of the intro. normally i wouldn't mind, but when this is the only place that has a different structure and rhythm for 10 seconds when the music doesn't really change, it really stands out
- 00:21:232 (1,2) - doesn't really match the music. there's no strong sound on 00:21:232 - ; the only sounds being played here are on 00:21:434 - 00:21:637- 00:21:840 -
- 00:27:718 (4) - this is where the amp feedback sound starts, so i'd argue that putting a spinner or a long slider here is more appropriate than just a circle
- 00:41:537 (1,2,3) - not gonna map to the vocal sound at at 00:42:165 - ? actually, it doesn't even sound like there are any strong beats on 00:42:008 - or 00:42:322 -
- 00:48:448 (1,2) - again, i'd argue that the due to the amp feedback sound here placing a circle at 00:48:762 (2) - doesn't sound right. maybe extend 00:48:448 (1) - instead to match the feedback duration?
- 00:57:558 (1) - 01:03:841 (1) - 01:07:767 (1) - i don't understand the purpose of NCing these notes. 01:06:354 (1) - is more debateable. probably a few others as well, so an explanation would be nice to have
- 01:23:631 (1,2) - why introduce kick sliders in the patterning this late into the kiai?. the previous ones i get because they landed on a drum roll, but there's no drum roll here
- 00:28:972 (1) - this is nearly offscreen, i'd move this down a bit. you might have to move 00:25:286 (1) - too though. actually you can move the entire intro part down by a bit to fix this
- 00:42:479 (3,4,5) - should have equal spacing imo; 00:43:422 (5) - isn't really that emphasized compared to the other two
- 01:00:071 (1,2) - kick slider doesn't feel appropriate here. there's no distinct beat on the (1) so it shouldn't be emphasized like that. it's okay at 01:05:097 (1,2) - because of vocal emphasis though
- neat
- 00:11:299 (4,5) - blankets please
- 00:54:102 (1,3) - what is this overlap. this is a pretty sloppy one, especially after seeing a better overlap literally right after this at 00:54:731 (3,4) -
- 01:02:741 (5,1) - (1) has this awkward curve to it imo. i get that it's blanketing the (4), but the movement from 5->1 makes the curve feel unnatural imo
- 01:06:668 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - music doesn't really support a (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) pattern here. music structure places emphasis on 01:06:668 - 01:07:139 - 01:07:610 - so it'd make more sense to have a (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2) pattern. maybe take a look at what Kalibe and toybot did and follow a similar pattern?
- 01:16:720 (1,2) - blanket this better hoyl
- 01:20:490 (1,2,3,4) - why (1,2,3,4) here but (1,2,1,2) here? they have the same composition so the combos should be similar as well
- 00:12:718 (2) - i'd argue that the stronger sounds are on the red ticks 00:12:515 - 00:12:921 - compared to the white tick here, so maybe map to that instead?
- 00:38:553 (6,7) - maybe decrease spacing here by a little bit to show the decrease in drum pitch?
- cool
- 00:38:317 - kind of a shame you didn't mapped to this drum, i think it could've served as a nice indicator for a change in the song
- that's all
