Gabi \o. Green is some minor nazi/cosmetic stuff and minor suggestions, you can freely ignore those if you feel like it, however red must be fixed at all costs.

[General]:
  1. While the offset aint that bad, I had much better results with adding +5ms while playing. Even then I was getting slightly late on mistimed while testing, so I suggest +6ms on offset. So, offset 786. (I will still use yours to mod)
  2. 01:09:241 - You need a metronome reset here. Place a red timing section. This affects all diffs. (and make it +6ms compared to this timeline because of the offset change I suggested earlier)
  3. Suggesting Kiai time: 01:46:164 - 01:58:472. Feel free to ignore this if you're sure you don't want any Kiai.
  4. Background image isn't 4:3 format (nor it's close to it). It needs resizing. (I actually did this for you ;x;)
[Hard]:
  1. 00:18:472 (3) - Uh, this slider doesn't exactly fit. The reason for this is that not everything is 1/8 here. If you listen carefully, the only 1/8 parts are: 00:18:568+00:18:616+00:18:664 and 00:18:760+00:18:808+00:18:856. I can see why you placed it here though, so I don't think this is that critical.
  2. 00:19:914 - This timing section is completely unnecessary as you have no custom hitsounds in the folder.
  3. 00:20:780 (2) - Fix the spacing in this combo. The endpoints of each slider (1,2,3) could form a nice triangle, the 2 is too far away to do so though (for no real reason).
  4. Suggestion: Add notes to 00:31:260 and 00:31:453 and make it a stream?
  5. 00:37:318 (8) - Clap?
  6. 01:08:472 (1) - Maybe use a soft finish for the last repeat?
  7. 01:34:433 (4,1) - Fix the spacing (move 1 by 1 grid right) and move them 1 grid right and 1 grid up. This way 2-3-4-1 make a square and looks nicer overall (especially since the slider after 1 is located where 2 in the previous combo was).
[Kite's Normal]:
  1. 00:19:914 - This timing section is unnecessary, delete it.
  2. 00:18:856 (4) - I don't like this finish, maybe remove it or place it at 00:19:241 (1) start?
  3. 01:06:933 (2) - Hmm, maybe flip it vertically, rotate by 42 degrees and reverse it? Then reposition slightly. Look here. Just a suggestion. Also consider removing finish, sounds off to me.
  4. 01:08:472 (1) - With or without the above change, fix the spacing, the slowing timing section messes with the distance snap, so place it before applying the section.
  5. 01:22:318 (2) - Don't think there is any reason to stack this note, cause looking at the combo you don't have any other stacked notes. Maybe place it somewhere before the slider? Just a suggestion.
[Easy]:
  1. 00:06:549 - I would argue this timing section is unnecessary. Unless you really wanted volume change for the slider ticks, which messes up with the slider slide volume. ;x;
  2. 00:06:933 - Removing the above timing section makes this one obsolete, so remove it as well.
  3. 00:13:856 (2) - Whistle at the end? (you used it here 00:16:933 (2))
  4. 00:15:395 (2) - ^
  5. 00:18:472 (3) - Don't think making this note more silent fits this difficulty at all. You should remove the timing section(s) around it completely. (00:18:376, 00:18:856, 00:19:914)
  6. 01:20:395 (4) - This circle is slightly off if you look at the pattern 1-2-3-4. Maybe make it more pretty? (1 grid right) Also the spacing is slightly off, but unnoticeable during play.
Good map overall, liked it. Strongly suggest to fix the offset though, at higher OD even offset of ~5-6ms can completely mess up the accuracy. Good luck.~

I'll put +5 to the offset, even though imo it's not really needed (i got 2ms late max average). (ugh, with +5 ms i average 2ms early <_<)

Oh sorry, I got carried away by that one timing section.
About the BG, you can notice the difference if you look closer. The bottom part of the picture is slightly cut off (because it's longer than a 4:3 format), but not really a huge deal.
