Maybe you can change the OD to OD6 because it isn't hard at all to get accuracy on it (or maybe try 5.5 too)

・うまく言えないけれど個人的にはここにノーツがあった方が安心します。無理やり言葉で説明するとボーカルの最初をとってるのに間を埋めないとり方をしてる箇所ってたぶんほかにはあまりなくて、簡単な難易度ほどノーツを薄くのばして埋めるイメージがあるのでこういう偏り方をしていると特別に目立素オーケストラヒットとかミュートがあるわけじゃないのに違和感があるのかなと思います。

You may notice that early vocal notes happen as well at 00:00:950 - , but the sound is 'h-' so it is not that obvious comparing with 'ky-' sound at 00:21:508 - being quite clear. They ought to be omitted as a single out-standing vocal shifting.

The main point is, timing should follow a constant matter in a music (most commonly is drum set). Strong base drum solidly falls on 00:21:521 - , and so as the upcoming drum set elements. Therefore, only the initial red timing point is necessary, others could be removed.

(I will use old timing to mod, you can do the timing fix in your last step.)

The reason of removing unnecessary red timing points is that 00:21:521 - the pre-vocal starting sound should be ignored. No shifting of whole offset is required. Overall structure is clear. Spread looks good.
