If this was the play, then you did earn PP, but it was only 54pp. Due to weighting, a 54pp score is not going to worth as much as it was now, as your top plays are around the 90pp range. In order to get mad gains, you'd need to make plays that will yield around that much PP.
Or is this new score not registered online for you? You should have a local score record of it appearing. But at this point, you probably would have to play it again.
Do note that factors like lower accuracy, broken combos, AND the amount of misses you get do affect the amount of PP you gain. Though if you were to get, supposedly, an HR score that's 411x combo for that map, it should most definitely be a higher play for you.
