it's weird for me to be modding this but at the same time even if mine gets ranked and you still want yours ranked this set needs a lot of improvement
3 diff NM out of nowhere
[General]
-t+pazolite, C-Show, SDVX IV HEAVENLY HAVEN, and SDVX4 should be removed from your tags, as t+pazolite and C-Show are part of the title itself, and SDVX IV HEAVENLY HAVEN / SDVX4 are part of the map's source. Because they're already in the maps metadata, they will show up even if not present in your tags.
-Because it's too tedious for me to figure out which tags you don't have, I'll just paste the ones I used here.

-Disable "Enable Countdown" in the maps settings under the Design tab, as it is not allowed in taiko.
Kantan ---> Futsuu(+113) ---> Muzukashii(+296) ---> Oni(+178) ---> Inner Oni(+161)
As I've labeled with the bold red font, the spread between Futsuu and Muzukashii is extremely large, which means there's too big of a difficulty gap between futsuu and muzukashii. I will not be modding futsuu, so I've decided to point that out here.
[Muzukashii]
-Before I get into any nitty gritty detail, it's worth noting this difficulty is lacking in sufficient 2/1 breaks, which is possibly the reason for the large spread gap between this difficulty and futsuu. In a bpm as rigorous for intermediate players as 220, 2/1 breaks should be the main break snapping in this difficulty as oppose to 1/1.
-Also, I recommend changing the HP to 5.
00:04:149 (21,22,23,24,25) - I think this sounds better if you invert the colors.
00:04:831 (26,27,28,29,30,31) - Same sounds as the ones at 00:00:467 (2,3,4,5,6) - and they should be mapped the same way as well. Plus this sounds really weird quite frankly.
00:06:604 - Your missing a kick here, which should be plotted as a k.
00:07:831 - I don't understand why you're not mapping the only mappable sound at this spot, if it's for the sake of a break, I recommend placing a break elsewhere because this is such a prominent part of the map it doesn't make sense to ignore it.
00:08:649 (44,45,46) - As these notes are more drum kicks than snare kicks, they should be dons rather than kats.
00:12:331 (62) - Same bass kick as notes before it, should be a don. If any note here is to be a kat, it should be note 64 as it stands alone with no heavy vocals.
00:13:285 (65) - ^
00:16:695 (80) - ^
00:17:649 - 00:35:104 - Only 1 2/1 break is present here. Going through every pattern and correcting it would force my style on to yours, which is not the goal. Revise this section to have more 2/1 breaks.
00:37:695 (180) - Higher pitch than note 179, implying a kat. (which makes 181 a don, and 182 a kat. It's all about relative pitch comparison.)
00:43:831 (205) - kat please, high synth note here
00:45:740 (207) - Pitch decreases quite dramatically here, don finisher is more appropriate.
00:52:967 (248,249,250) - You need to show some pitch contrast! 249 should be a don finisher.
01:01:695 (296,297,298) - ^
01:12:195 (356,357,358,359,360,361) - although 2/1 breaks are present this is a really weird and sudden drop in density. If you can change this to match density while still maintaining the 2/1 breaks that are currently there it would be golden.
01:16:558 (376,377,378,379,380,381,382,383,384,385,386,387,388,389,390,391,392,393) - ^
01:32:240 (43,44,45) - will not repeat what's wrong with this
01:36:195 (68) - unneeded finisher
01:40:831 (96) - delete this note, it places emphasis on note 97 which is where the emphasis needs to be.
01:41:785 (100,101,102,103,104,105,106,107) - these can be changed to a 1/2 pattern like d k k d k
01:46:149 (120) - sigh
01:47:104 (123) -
01:50:513 (1) - simple 1/1 notes such as k d do the job better than a finisher.
[Oni]
00:05:104 (41,42,43) - this triplet sounds out of place, and would sound better at 00:05:513 as a kkd
00:06:876 (58,60,62,64) - these can be deleted, again for the sake of emphasis on the finishers
00:07:831 - same thing as I mentioned in muzu
00:11:513 (80,81,82,83,84,85,86,87) - why is there color variation in the muzu but there is variation in the oni, if anything it should be the other way around
00:15:876 (100,101,102,103) - ^
00:37:285 (252,253,254,255) - same note idea as the ones i said in the muzu
00:43:831 (278) - same reason to be a kat as in muzu
01:12:195 (476,477,478,479,480) - what is this drop in density?
01:16:831 (499,500,501,502) - ^
01:36:195 (90,93,96) - unneeded finishers
01:50:513 (1) - same thing as muzu
[Inner Oni]
00:07:831 - i just don't get it
-SV changes are a bit extreme here from 00:08:922 - 00:17:649.
00:28:422 (230,231,232,233) - unneeded 1/6, these can be 1/4 and these would easily create the same effect
00:42:467 (329,330,331,332,333,334,335,336) - this structure is just wrong. 00:42:876 (333,335) - at minimal should be removed.
okay, everything else that i have to say I've already said at the same time on a different difficulty, so I deem it to be relatively a waste of time to repeat them all again twice or even a 3rd time.\
good luck with the rank
