(Skinning) Hitsounds on o!mania

It would be nice to be able to have a separate hitsound library for o!mania (like "mania-X.wav/mp3)

I'm suggesting this since I cannot find a hitsound library that's 100% comfortable on both osu!std and mania

I think it was added at some point in December, but removed because of some problems(?)
