Why is the preview point at the end of the map...? You could have used 00:59:363 instead.... Also, what is up with the Artist and Source for the map? There was a ranked map of this song already but the sources seem off when compared to your map http://osu.ppy.sh/s/12822. Please look into getting that fixed.

Three questions....
1.) Why didn't this difficulty get fully mapped?
2.) No kiai? Why?
3.) Why are you using 0.5 tick rate?
Honestly, it would be better to put more time into this map. A short Normal and full Hard/Insane difficulties wouldn't make it a nice mapset.

although I could catch most of jumps in collab, they are still randomly placed IMO.

Lots of newbies who only can play the easiest diff usually don't have this kind of stamina to play a 3 minutes+ map.
(ask for many newbies before and include ME when I'm a newbie, yep)
If there's not a suitable finish point before 3 minutes then I'll map over 3:00 :\, but there is on 2:43, so I only map to there.
2.) No kiai? Why?
There are :3 http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/121421 http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/121422
but only the kiai fountain because I only like the fountain. xD
3.) Why are you using 0.5 tick rate?
If use 1 then this kind of slider became ugly imo.
If use 2 or 4 then ticks sounds too noisy and this kind of slider also sounds strange.
(although tick will disappear in this case when playing :3)
So I used 0.5 tick rate.
