00:11:137 (7) - seems like the sound ends at 00:11:386 -
00:49:424 (1,2,3) - this 3/4 spacing is quite hard to read, maybe nc them to make them looks different from 00:48:927 (1,2,3)
01:00:529 (1) - this jump needs more emphasize imo. the beat was quite strong. spacing bigger?

00:06:496 (2) - isnt this should be at 00:06:662 - ? make it like extra diff
00:11:137 (7) - ^refer extra diff

  3. this should not be slider01:20:584 -
  4. 01:19:259 - and 01:19:921 - should be slider.
  5. 01:28:375 - you could be like kneesocks and do slow slider here.
Insane
  1. 00:15:612 - these seems a bit random to me. something you would do on an easy or normal diff maybe, lol
  2. 00:20:916 - to 00:28:706 - you can follow vocals more accurately instead of randomly choose how to make 1/1 beats.
  3. 00:49:424 (1,2,3) - might be weird to read for this level.
  4. following vocals then 01:02:021 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - either make spacing increase or change rhythm for vocal lines
  5. 01:07:325 (1,2,3,4,1,2,1,2) - ignoring so much rhythm here for what.
  6. 01:11:468 - triple should be here. especially to set up for 01:11:966 (4,5,1) -
  7. 01:15:281 - 1/2 sliders aren't being used like they should be. this is just lazy

mostly I fixed and give some my opinion

Extra
- 00:49:424 (1,2,3) - I think that's fine in over Extra diff
- 01:02:021 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - follow with hitsounds so I can that's with a reason

Insane
- First, I wnat to keep this diff for Light Insane. so some rhythem's issue are looks simple ~o~
- 00:15:612 (1) - follow over issue

Are you making Easy diff? because this might be too high in SR for lowest difficulty NVM I see neosky is making for you xD
01:23:236 (1,2) - looks really nice (symmetry) but then 01:25:225 (5,6) - feels random. maybe give 01:24:562 (3) - a curve also and do something like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7020000 (copy/paste 01:25:225 (5,6) for 01:24:562 (3,4) - , then rotate -120 degrees) Just my opinion, can look nicer

00:26:220 (4,5,6,7) - there's really no reason to have 7 spaced so far...you do fine at 00:23:236 (4) - because of the hitsound, but 00:20:916 (1,2,3,4) - is the same isn't it?
00:32:518 (3,4) - maybe ctrl+g for spacing emphasis on clap?
01:21:910 (1,2) - spacing (emphasis) doesnt make sense compared to 01:22:573 (1,2) - in my opinion. maybe think of a new pattern for that part?
01:23:236 (1,1,1,1) - as you have it now, this pattern is so much easier than the end of Hard difficulty. why? I say more click :^)
01:25:888 (1) - I think you can map here for insane :s try to scale the diffs better (specifically for the end part because Hard diff end is harder than insane diff end)
