requested mod eae

general: hp > 8, 7, 6, 5? for k, f, m, o just to look nicer. od looks ok

kantan:

move this 01:16:140 (14) - to 01:15:967 - ? to follow the synth better.

futsuu:

01:28:898 - i dont like how this part has some notes on the red ticks alone example: 01:35:450 (19,20,21,22,23,24,25) - in futsuu vs, 01:35:450 (10,11,12,13,14,15,16) - in kantan. id suggest doing the futsuu similar to kantan in regards to the 1/2 notes instead for a more balanced spread. (the patterning is fine i think)

an example for that part^ https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/11076894 fits spread better and plays better than before.

muzu:

following that ^ i really do think the 1/4 triples in the kiai sections is too much for this level. id recommend changing ddk to ddd and kkd to kkk where it is appropriate. the ones in the beginning 00:05:622 (1,2,3) - 00:08:381 (6,7,8) - 00:16:657 (1,2,3) - 00:19:415 (6,7,8) - are fine to me because its really calm and it gives you time to hit each one with a break after it. but in the kiai its too dense i think for players at that level to read it and have a good time playing.

01:35:278 (143) - delete this, and then add some notes in here 01:36:140 - 01:37:519 - for a better spread with kantan/futsuu if you take my suggestion on futsuu. i personally dont like the red tick emphasis in these parts.

01:46:312 (195) - 01:47:174 - 01:48:553 - same as this ^^

all of the other patterns are really nice tho.

oni:

00:27:059 (62,63,64) - 00:32:576 (79,80,81) - 00:38:094 (96,97,98) - simplify these to 1/4 triple pls ;_; it is really easy to get 100s on these parts, and it sounds just fine too since the volume is a little low. (which is ok for this beginning section i think)

01:08:381 (12,13,14,15,16) - 01:13:898 (57,58,59,60,61) - 01:19:415 (96,97,98,99,100) - 01:24:933 (141,142,143,144,145) - i think ddkdk fits this music better, the higher pitch is on the 5th note.

01:31:312 (184,185,186,187,188,189,190,191,192,193) - ddkdk d k kkd focuses on vocal pitch better than what you had before i think. specifically these 3 notes 01:31:657 (188,190,193) - which i think should be k k d

01:42:605 (281,282) - ctrl g on this (dk), this is similar to the previous pattern but the other 2 vocals parts are followed nicely.

fofo mapset good luck

do you think these ddkkd are unrankable?
i really like these ddkkd :'(

all added in kantan, futsuu and muzu
THANKS
vrnl
nono, not unrankable lol. i just think it follows the pitch of the vocal better at those parts. its up to you if you want to change it or not :3

Hey, M4M.
// = Suggestion
Bold = Must change/strong suggestion

[ General]
Seems good here :)

[ Kantan]
01:37:519 - Change to k? Voice goes the same as 01:35:450 (10,11,12) – and it’s sounds good like that imo
That’s all :^)

[ Futsuu]
00:31:312 - Same as kantan, change to k to follow voice better, adding that there’s a clap now there lol
01:27:002 - This note seems kinda out of place, it breaks the structure you were following before, so I recommend deleting it
01:36:140 - How about adding a note here and move 01:37:864 - to 01:37:519 - ? You’re good on breaks so you can place some notes to follow the voice better
01:47:174 - 01:48:898 - Same as before

[ Muzukashii]
I’d remove the first and second break by adding 4/1 dons, so the spread is a bit more balanced between the Muzu and the Oni
The whole kiai section has no 3/2 breaks or higher, guideline says it needs to have at least one every 16/1~20/1, I highly recommend deleting some notes, here are my suggestions on what to delete: 01:09:415 - 01:14:933 - 01:20:450 - 01:25:967 - 01:29:243 - 01:34:760 - 01:40:278 - 01:45:795 -

// 01:17:174 - How about making this a k and deleting 01:17:346 - ? It’d follow the instrument you represented with kats lol
01:46:312 – Add a kat here? It follows vocals better imo

[ Oni]
00:17:519 - 00:18:898 - 00:20:278 (44,45) – you could increase the volumen gradually for these ones tbh

That’s all, gl :^)

Dusk-
Kantan
01:39:243 - Consider adding a k here. It would go so much better with the finisher that comes after

Overall, the non-kiai parts feel a little empty, so consider adding a few more notes in between the 1/1 notes

Futsuu
00:00:278 (1) - to 00:05:795 (1) - : Since the Kantan has a break in this section, I highly recommend that you add notes in the Futsuu in places like 00:01:657 -
00:11:312 (6) - to 00:16:829 (1) - : Same suggestion as above
00:36:140 (35) - Make this k due to the high pitch that is present

Muzukashii
Perfect diff

Oni
01:01:657 (27) - since this and 01:01:312 (25) - have the same sound, consider making the first link a k since you have also done this at 01:03:036 (35) -
01:28:036 (161,162,163,164) - I would recommend you lower the sv gradually on these four notes to give greater emphasis to 01:28:898 (165) - , especially since it is the start of a kiai
01:38:726 (248,249,250,251,252,253,254,255,256,257,258) - Same as above, I would gradually decrease sv in the middle or even from the start of this stream to better emphasize the finisher after it
01:17:174 (83,84,85) - ^
01:31:657 (188) - Consider making this k to emphasize the high pitch in the vocals. I recommend making the pattern ddkdk. I know you are not vocal mapping here but it would still fit the song much better

That's all from me, this is one of the cleanest and best maps I have ever played. Good luck! :)

thanks, all added in kantan and futsuu, not in oni
i think the start of the kiais are already emphasized because the finishers lal
and i think the other suggestions would break the map flow
Nifty
hmm

kantan

00:03:036 - you could put a note here to make the spread looks pretty by halfing the frequency of notes from the muzu, futsuu and to kantan. Same thing at 00:14:071 - .

00:29:933 - could place a note here to better spread with futsuu, represent voice, snap, differ from the first pattern. Same at 00:40:967 - .

00:44:415 - in the kantan and futsuu, I think the spinner could be replaced with a 2/1 spaced d k D, just represents the song better imo.

futsuu

00:32:346 (41) - suggest deleting this as every other diff does not include this note.

01:03:553 (22) - consider making a d, every other diff has a d because this is the end of the bass kicks and that last kick could be emphasized better.

muzu

00:40:105 (93) - the muzu and oni are identical, so you could possibly make some changes to the muzu such as deleting this note to have some difference. However, the difficulty itself does not need the change, it would just look better for spread and general play experience if it was not the exact same.

01:01:829 (26,32) - The spread with the futsuu gets kind of wonky here, so I suggest deleting these notes so you can keep those important parts of the melody emphasized while not going too much harder than the futsuu.

oni

01:06:829 (2) - all of these finishers (from here to the end, excluding the final one) are D and the rest of the set has all of them as K, consider changing them all to K to match the set.

01:06:829 - This kiai may be a bit too hard, there is no break for 32 beats (the entire kiai), and that is pushing the limits of the guidelines. Consider adding some breaks and reducing overall density to fit the muzukashii better (because oni still has to fit in the spread, inner onis are exception but not onis).

yes that is it
