Oh... This diff is really unrankable. At first, it's higher than 2* and doesn't match for Ranking Criteria. At second, this diff is really hard for normal-icon for several reasons: high SV (compared with next diff) => wrong flow in 90% diff; a lot of overlaps which not preferable in all diffs; hard rhythm (since it's first diff in set, it should be mapped with rules from easy, check ranking-criteria again); bad blankets in some moments; jumps which really not preferrable in easier diffs more than overlaps. It's better for Advanced, but not for Normal.

Really better, but your main problem is with very linear flow and different sliders. For example,you have a lot of different sliders which can be more identical: 00:12:600 (1,2) - 00:30:457 (3,5) - etc.
You skip a lot of of rhythm. If you don't know - Hard is like Insane, but a bit easier and without jumps. 00:15:993 - 00:17:421 - etc. Listen track with 25% and hear beats. In hard-diffs you can highlight middle-beats.
Also in most cases you use patterns wrong. For example, 00:25:814 (5,6,1) - looks very strange. For variability you can make 00:25:457 (4,5) - by slider. And diff really need more jumps... within a reasonable of course. Now if you reduce SV and DS, you get something-like Normal diff.
