Well since I'm very young I probably watched very modern ones.
I started watching anime when I was 9 and I'm currently 11, but the furst 3 I watched was Digimon, Tokyo Mew Mew and Lucky Star. I still watch Lucky Star though, It just never gets old <3

( and if you wonder why on Earth would a 5y.o kid watch City Hunter, let's say the French dub replaced all the NSFW talking, violent dialogs by terribly ridiculous ones, aaaand censored a lot of stuff. This is a real massacre, but for a 5yo kid it was just fine I guess :/ )
