bad timing?
I happen to be the one without much to speak of in terms of negative emotions. Unless shitty, stressed, and apathetic count.
I typically just keep to myself and put up with them. Distracting myself can help. Music helps.

Usually spending time by myself. When i feel like shit i like taking my time and just thinking over it, trying to bring forward some sort of reason from the emotions. It's not always easy, but the more i do it, the more it helps me deal with future negative emotions.

Can't exactly say one specific one. Though, my favorite memories are the ones I have with my friend who unfortunately passed away last year.

Being dismissed by teachers that find issues with you, saying "I'm sorry you feel that way" when you state something you'd imagine could be improved, essentially having them not give a shit that you cant keep up and dont have time.
I suppose it could be understandable, perhaps they're not obligated to change how they teach to every student's liking, or obligated to spend time on you in general, but it'd be rather nice if a teacher, being the nurturer of knowledge, would... nurture your desire for knowledge. The learning environment plays into that.

This might be weird, but I associate different music and pictures with each of my memories. I usually can’t listen to one song over and over, or look at the same thing over and over, so I tend to change my surroundings a lot because of this. Lmao before I go off on a tangent, my most treasured memories are the ones where I’m walking through the grass in the summer, with the sweet smell of a fresh storm coming along, and feeling the freeze of the little popsicles that have just been taken out of the freezer while standing outside and waiting for the rain to drop.
