Yep 16 is correct, it's pretty easy since you just equate log2 x^3 to log2 2^12, then cancel log2 on both sides and you get x^3 = 2^12. From there, x^3 = 4096, so x = 16.

Well, I knew that grown-ups had these things called jobs and I wanted to do something where I'd be handling children (like maybe a party organizer or a math teacher), so that their lives would be as carefree as mine. Easier said than done when you're Singaporean, because everything is expensive. Also, my ambitions have changed since then. I'm not very good with my social skills, so I'm looking to take up a profession in the digital technology sector. Yeah, like programmers and hackers (with good intentions such as eradicating computer viruses).

Was there any decision that your parents made for you that you felt was unfair?
45Traeath
Mm...
That "for me", huh...
Well it's not a decision per se, because it's just about choosing what to buy, in terms of clothes and furnitures.
I'm trying to get out of this home.
I might be seen as crazy and I'm fine with it, but there's nowhere for me to feel safe (or to be more harsh: "I don't want to call where I'm living a home, even if it seems stable from an external point of view"), hence that answer I wrote before:

45Traeath wrote:

I think I'm making progress towards the lifestyle I'd like to obtain.

If that question was less... "Broad"?
Well, I would have answered with "Their decision to let me out of my mother's belly".

What's something unrealistic (or not), that you want to believe it will happen?
(Whether you want it to happen or not is of your own choice.)
Carmlillball
I don't really understand the question, but I'll give it a shot.

I struggle with trust, so a part of me does believe that my friend may not actually like being around me. And she'll suddenly completely leave me because she simply can't stand me.
This thought fills me with dread. I despise it.
This is very unlikely, but I am prepared for this to turn out true regardless.

Same question.
Achromalia
I apologize, but your questions are always so damn wordy. Hopefully my revision will do it justice: "What's something unrealistic that you wish would happen?"

I've always been fascinated by being able to just create anything my mind comes up with.

If I could create my own reality and live in it, and experience it, or at least just be able to express and create everything that I've envisioned through art or music, that'd be really nice.

But sadly, I don't have the skill and memory to do so.

I'm still going to do my best.

Would you care to look at or listen to the work-in-progress projects I've got?

I think that he meant 'What's something unrealistic/realistic that you want to (not) happen?'.
So either:
What's something unrealistic that you want to happen?
What's something unrealistic that you don't want to happen?
What's something realistic that you want to happen?
What's something realistic that you don't want to happen?

Depends on the type of music. I tend to be least stubborn when it comes to listening to new metal (especially symphonic). Also, I'd prefer to stay to the music I already know for now. Having consistent music is really helping me cope with a lot right now. Maybe in the near future.

(I'm not going to do another question, someone else can also do Achro's.)

Take the second letter of the sentence.
Think of a word that starts with that letter.
Now make a sentence of it.
What is that sentence you made?

Did you have an occasion to use anything you've learnt at school outside of it yet?
Achromalia
Did I have the chance to use anything i've learned from school?

Technically, yeah.

Kind of hard to answer with specifics considering that there's a multitude of opportunities you may or may not realize, and that there's a fuckton of things you've utilized that had been developed back in school, typically being elementary-level concepts and such regarding language and arithmetic.

Would you rather become self-aware or not?
MisakiTobisawa-
Whether I'm self-aware is dependent on the situation. I've said it a lot already but I have autism (for real) so I'm likely to be self-aware for important matters like how I do in school but less likely for things such as me being annoying on Discord servers for me being too much of a nerd (I share with those people what I learn in school regardless of if they're interested or not). Don't ask me why I'm only self-aware in certain situations, I don't know either. I'd like to become fully self-aware though since the benefits outweigh the consequences.

What is one thing that many people love or hate but you are indifferent towards?

Pop.

I'm pretty indifferent to it. I like some bands and artists but I'm not very involved with it. I do listen to pop sometimes.

However, most of the metal fandom seems to despise pop to some pretty extreme levels.

What is the best quality of a friend?

Difficult question and I honestly don't want to narrow it down to 1 best quality. There are different types of friends, too. Instead I'll describe what makes a great friend from my perspective. Wall of text incomming.

- Someone who sees, accepts and likes you for what you are, yet pushes you forward and supports you, motivates you and shows you new things, new perspectives, reflects you.
- Somoene who you can fight with and know you'll be able to make up and talk about it. The trust, that you can speak your mind, the knowledge that you can mess up and show your bad sides and it'll still be fine, allowing you to truly relax.
- Someone, with who you can simply be yourself and fool around.
- Someone who sticks with you during your bad times and cheers you up.
- Someone, with who you can grow together as a person.
- Someone who is interested in your wellbeing, thinks about you and acts in your interest.
- Someone who appreciates you.

None of these come for free though, you draw people towards you with your behaviour, with your expressed views and interests. You'll have to be yourself, not a fake, not an image, and the "yourself" you present has got to be a pretty good friend, or rather person, yourself to build a friendship like that. You get what you deserve and work for (most of the time at least, but in regards to friends, I know there really are some amazing people out there, that'll be your friend and care about you, no matter how much you feel like you don't deserve their presence and how much you feel like a nuisance at times, but tbh, everyone probably feels like that sometimes during their bad times). Small Edit: I just want to add that this perception is likely highly influenced by the highlight reel phenomenon, where you mostly see and remember your own mistakes and other peoples successes, which warps and twists your perception of yourself and others. Many mistakes you and others do go unnoticed, but you do notice your own mistakes.

If any of this sounds like I speak from personal experience, I do. I have some reaaally really good friends and I need to tell them more often how much I appreciate them and you should, too, this goes for any person you care about and hold dear. In regards to the nuisance part, when you have really good friends, they'll remember things and know who you are and don't forget that, even during times when you have it rough. You're not always your best self, some days, weeks or months you can be like a totally different person and constantly get mad, but good friends will still know who you are and keep cheering you up, even if you get mad at them. It's really not easy to find people like this though, so value them highly.

Well, this got out of hand, but that's just how much I love my friends. You really can't take it for granted.

SQ cause my brain too filled with nostalgia to think up a question.
captainmilk
Uhh, I have a lot of bad experiences with friends so I think I'm able to recognize the most important qualities.

There really is nothing about myself that I would say I "love". Though I do have to say that I am quite proud of the fact that I don't chase desire and luxury like I can see many people around me do. That is probably because I am pretty easy to be content so I don't feel the need to chase higher desire. Also I take into acount the risk and the effort of trying to get some desire unlike many person that I know which to my eyes seem to only consider the desire itself.

Is there anything you don't like about yourself that you would like to change/remove and if so, what is it and why?

Hmm, on a deeper level, I think nothing. Because the things we hate/dislike about ourselves is what makes us stronger. For example, if you hate how you always jump to conclusions, making these mistakes is what helps you learn from them. So in the end, you can cut down on doing this.
It also goes on par with one of my life quotes, not having regrets. Because everything you do is an experience that teaches you a lesson in the future.

But yah, maybe if I wasn't so lazy too lmao

Carmlillball
My annoying attitude to socialising. It terrifies me, but I feel empty and quite depressed while not doing it. I'm probably scared of it due to how I've always lived a very isolating lifestyle. As for enjoying it, being with my friend gives me life, either online or offline.

I'd also like to eliminate some thoughts which are viewed as quite concerning, such as my attitudes towards eating, and life in general. I feel like nothing but a disappointment 24/7 and me existing is a curse to everyone who knows me. I hate seeing my friend being worried about me.

What's your favourite song lyric?
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Frums - Pictured as Perfect

Lyric here

a maze with edges like their knives
someday ill be the shape they want me to be
but i dont know how much more theyll wake away before theyre satisfied
they have sliced away my flesh
shorn of unsightly limbs and organs
more stitch and scar than human
if only marble
grew back so easily
they have stolen away my spirit
memories scattered into the slipstream
i have no idea who i used to be
i can only guess
what they will make me
they found me in my lowest days
breathed life back into my frozen body
promising a more beautiful future
then i discovered
what they really wanted
they pulled me into their vortex
and i saw my future reflected in their eyes
a shimmering halo of impossible dreams
void of my self
it was
perfect

tbh it is more like a hidden message than a lyric but meh
