Not possible to skin the slider track and border like you can hitcircles;
BUT..
I think you could set the slider track and border colors to black with 100% background dim. I've not tested.

OP: As said in the reply above it is currently not possible. There is a feature request though, so you can support this thread and help some devs see it and maybe make it possible!
