The only good example I can think of is Otemoyan, with Kantan/Futsuu/Muzukashii runs as if it was BPM 100 instead of 200.aquabluu wrote:
Doesn't affect me, 1.4 is the usual standard. 1.2 for Kantan and Futsuu is appropriate though, if I remember correctly, several official charts on Kantan and Futsuu have slower scrolls as well.

Actually most anime and J-pop songs have slower scroll on Kantan and Futsuu as well, just that they're somewhat less noticeable.tetsutaro wrote:

It is also true that in scroll-troll maps like Yuugao no Kimi and Hello! Halloween there are significantly less scroll-troll, but the basic scrolling speed (like in the intro) is the same.
But basically most intro level songs all difficulties has the same scroll scheme throughout.
When we first conceived puush in 2010, we wanted to create a straightforward way to help us quickly share what was on our screens. Soon after, we extended puush to allow us to throw small files around too.Might want to start sourcing out for alternatives, or work out a system where we simply re-upload when it goes missing or something.
Since then, we’ve seen a massive uptake and tremendous support from our users. The problem is that a tremendous majority of puushes aren’t being accessed again after 24 hours - in fact, only 10% of puushes are accessed after a month.
puush is a quick way to share things. puush is not a data warehouse.
We do not wish to become a file locker, file storage or backup service. There are plenty of other solutions out there that do a much better job of this (e.g. Dropbox)
So what we’re going to do is this:
Stop offering permanent storage, files will expire after not being accessed for:
Free users: 1 month
Pro users: 3 months
Remove the 200mb limit for free users
Start offering various export options (download as archive, download to dropbox)
Offer optional Dropbox “sync” for pro users (automatically archive to dropbox)
We have always made puush primarily with our own goals in mind, and believe the majority of our users share the same use-cases that we do. Moving forward, we believe this refinement will properly shape puush into what we have envisioned, and allow us to keep it running strong with more regular updates into the future.
These changes will be made in the near future. We will send out an email at least a month before we begin to expire old files, and you will be able to export your content during this period, should you need to.

Won't hurt to have the mp3s available too right?(too lazy to convert the youtube vids)
Yeah don't worry. I have a backup of all the screenshots you gave me on my laptop too if anything happens.tetsutaro wrote:
*checks* The only file I use regularly from puush is the Taiko Tension Queue banner. I'll just move it to Photobucket.
Also those minigames captures from Wii5. @aqua they are separately uploaded to blogger in that post right?
Axel has a lot of maps in puush IIRC.

Woolala's takeaway from NicoNicoSC2
Point 1. Exclusive Sorairo folders upon play AAAAAAAAAAAA
Point 2. Talked to Etou about oversea export. He sounds hopeful but the network seems to be one big hindrance
but the network seems to be one big hindranceI understand this bit; it's not just as simple as "use the same network as the one used in Wangan and Tekken", it doesn't work that way. You'll have to make a separate server running its own software that can communicate with each of the games itself. That would mean that they'd have to make an international service for Taiko alongside manufacturing the machines as well. It's also not as simple as "copy the same server software they're using in Japan."
you do realize that you're getting close to dialgadu77 and mecrystalsuicune wrote:

@crystal UK? Coolwon't you miss all the arcades or something
It's not so much the technicality as it is the resources spent with it.aquabluu wrote:
Oh my god so much swag, autographed PSP DX and woooooow. I'd feel so chuffed if I could have talked to Etou XD
Still, if we can show them that there's a market for networked Taiko outside of Japan, perhaps they can do it. Or maybe it's not so much of a supply/demand problem and it's a technicality in setting up a network then idk
It looks pretty great =Dtetsutaro wrote:
