Problem Details:
So when i switch from hover to drag (or accidently drag for like less than second) my cursor movement looks abrupt and unsmooth. It's pretty hard to explain, but it only happens when i'm changing from hover to drag, not if i constantly keep dragging or hovering my cursor. It's pretty annoying and could cause me a miss if i play fast map and accidently drag in middle of the map.

Messing around with windows ink helped with the lag, i guess it was the reason my cursor was laggy after all.
