The map is pretty nice, but I have some concerns.
* On the intro, some of the sounds you are following have no actual end. Still you finished the sliders on just regular beats, even with regular hitsounds.
For example 00:08:275 (1) - this sound goes through until the next sound appears on 00:09:310 - , and 00:09:310 (2) - goes through until 00:11:034 - , and so on. In terms of the music, it doesn't make sense to stop a slider notably earlier than the sound actually does. Furthermore, there are other sounds you can actually use for the sliderends like 00:08:793 - . The fact that 00:07:413 - 00:07:931 - these actual sounds are represented with same hitsounds as 00:08:965 - 00:10:344 - these fake beats makes it even worse to hear.
There are two options I want to suggest here. First one is to extend all the sliders to 1/2 before the next sound appears, and mute those sliders' ends. If you don't like this idea, then you can also try to use some other kind of instruments to the notes, so that you can keep tracking some actual beats presented in the song.
* Right after the intro, a similar issue appears. One of the examples is 00:28:965 (1) - this. Considering how the overall rhythm is constructed in this part, the sound you're following ends on 00:29:137 - already, yet you still extended the slider to 00:29:482 - this unrelated beat. So this makes me feel that you just switched the instrument you're following. But right on the next note, you just ignored 00:30:000 - this sound which is the same sound as 00:29:482 - . This confuses me a lot.
And a few note later 00:31:724 (1) - this also triggered me because there is no sound that needs to be extended like that. It's more obvious when you compare to the sound 00:32:413 (1) - this represents. In conclusion, I think both 00:28:965 (1) - and 00:31:724 (1) - should be 1/2 sliders to clarify what you're following. This continues for the entire part, and you'll know which ones I'm talking about.
* 01:27:586 (1,2,3) - On the entire 1/3 patterns only this one is overlapped, so it felt a bit inconsistent and confusing. I'd recommend to space it out.
* 01:46:896 (4) - There is a clear beat on 01:47:068 - so why pass through it?
* 01:50:344 (1,2,3) - They all have really similar shapes so I really expected them to be same beat-length. There's no clear indication that they're different beats so this SV change only confuses the players.
* 01:52:586 - I don't see a good reason to get through this beat. I mean, even the sound you're following has another beat here.
* 01:58:103 - 03:01:206 - 03:04:310 - 03:05:689 - 03:09:827 - 03:15:344 - 05:21:034 - 05:22:241 - 05:26:551 - 05:27:758 - 05:32:068 - 05:33:275 - 05:37:586 - 05:38:793 - ^
* 02:04:137 (1) - 02:06:896 (1) - 02:09:655 (1) - Same issue as the intro. Why don't you just stop those when the sound actually goes away?
* 02:21:724 (1,2,1,2) - I don't see a good reason to make only these special. They're basically the same as 02:20:689 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - so keeping 4 combo pattern should be more consistent.
* 02:24:827 (1) - Why not end this on 02:25:086 - ? And 02:28:965 (1) - 02:30:344 (1) - 04:48:275 (1) - 04:52:413 (1) - 04:53:793 (1) - on 02:29:224 - 02:30:603 - 04:48:534 - 04:52:672 - 04:54:051 - ?
* 03:21:379 - This part suffers from the same issue as the intro.
* 03:40:000 - I don't know how you actually composed this music, but I think the bpm should be halved here. This part has the main drums on only the 1st/3rd white ticks and all the 2nd/4th beats are discarded or are only minor beats (like 03:42:413 (2) - ), which means they don't count as a 'regular beat' in this section. So all the 1/3 beats here are actually 1/6s, and 2/3 beats should be 1/3s, by halving the bpm.
For a proof, you can hear the menu's pulse going really weird with the current bpm. Also the Nightcore mod will go crazy.
* 04:57:931 (1) - This also passes all the distinct sounds for no reason. If you're following the shieeeeeeek sound then it should have already ended on 04:58:793 - , but ending this on 04:59:137 - makes no sense imo.
* 05:44:827 (1,2) - This is a good blanket, but it's literally the only one that is not stacked between all of 05:42:068 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - these.
This map also suffers from some inconsistencies. The examples are:
* 01:44:568 (8) - 1.20x, 01:55:603 (9) - 03:01:810 (7) - 05:36:293 (9) - 1.00x, 03:12:844 (9) - 1.40x, 05:25:258 (9) - 1.50x.
* For 01:48:965 (1,1,1,1) - 02:00:000 (1,1,1,1) - 03:06:206 (1,1,1,1) - You only decreased the last one of each of them. But in 03:17:241 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - , and 05:40:689 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - the spacing consistently decreases on every measure, and in 05:29:655 (1,1,2,1,2,1,2,3) - it even increases. This felt inconsistent for me because the way intensity of the note changes kept varying in each part.
So overall I think the basic concept of the map is pretty good but too many things regarding the rhythm bothered me. I'd like to discuss these issues I pointed out before I let Garden to rebubble. (I don't think I'll icon this so yeah)
