to imitate input lag, wanna find out how it feels with different input lag. Like: add +5ms input delay to cursor, or +10ms. Maybe this program already exist, idk (didn't find anything).

What about adjusting your universal offset?
You can simulate the same effect by adjusting your universal offset by +5 or +10, so then your inputs register later too.

i mean mouse/tablet delay, not keyboard
playing osu while scanning your computer with antivirus should increase the input lag
If you have NVIDIA, open Panel and search for something like "prerendered frames" in 3d settings. Idk if lower is higher lag or the other way around tho
