First of all, your timing is not correct:

BPM: 141.013, offset 13666

Attachment is for your referrence. Listen to it at 25% and you should hear the beat drop right where the notes placed.

After that you should resnap and fix some notes that was drop on blue ticks before the timing changed. I take a second check after you fix it
