I'm looking font and result screen as in this screenshot:

And lifebar(HP bar? I don't know how to properly called.) as in the this video:

Remember that these menu items took from some beatmap, but I do not remember from what.

The combo bursts are from DJMAX skin
The numbers/font and life bar look like it's from http://osu.ppy.sh/s/17852
Thats all I know off the top of my head :X
EDIT: Doesn't the youtube underbar tell you where he got it from? Though "touhou" doesn't seem very specific XD

The result screen looks like DJMAX by Cyclone with the exception of a deleted playfield (going back to default) and your ranking-panel seems edited a bit

If by font you mean the SS that is default
