I think you should nerf this a little... i'll comment it
You can make SV 1.0, i still feel it fast on 1.1 since it's 263 bpm D:

00:00:141 (1,2,3) - what's the difference between them? you can make they all K and there's not problem for begginer players imo
00:06:985 (7) - you can make it K because 00:08:353 (8) - here's a different pitch and it'd be nice to make an emphasis
00:11:775 (12) - 00:13:144 (14) - 00:14:513 (16) - if you agree with nerf this, you can delete them to make some 4/1 breaks and using 2/1 for rhythm changes (or maybe deleting just this one 00:13:144 (14) - )
00:17:935 (21) - ^, but you can let this if you want to make it a progressive-difficulty
00:22:042 (27,28) - you should ctrl+g these, the first one is really more acute than the second (same as every kiai notes)
00:32:992 (43) - 00:34:361 (44) - i got you want to make it dynamic... but they doesn't have different pitch imo D: (if you're following drums)
00:39:608 (51,52) - if you're holding these you should remove one of 00:40:521 (53,54) - they're so hard. I suggest you to delete 00:39:608 (51)
00:45:083 (61) - ^
01:01:509 (6) - ^
01:06:985 (16) -
01:28:886 (12,13,14,15) - maybe change to k k then d d, you can hold them because is a good step for the kiai :p
