You have 3 timing points? If the bpm doesn't change you should only have one.

You also have a lot of unneeded green points. Unless they're there to change hitsounds, SV, kiai, volume, etc then it's best to remove them.

Timing wise, maybe add Kiai from 00:56:258 to 01:21:200. Sounds like a good spot, plus its the most intense part in the song. Remeber for all Difficulties if you do that.
