Kirito and Asuna.
Wanted to say Kirito or asuna ... but it looks like many people already said it ... so i think i'd say Sasuke from Naruto. He is the perfect definition of stupidity , in my opinion ...

Yeah.. I used to think I couldn't hate any character more than Sheryl Nome until I watched Steins;Gate.
Kirito and Asuna aren't the only textbook definition of perfect characters. Makise Kurisu is another. Except I actually liked Steins;Gate, so it just made me hate her even more.

Probably not the first time someone has said this, but Kirino from Oreimo. She was just a bitch to her brother (I know she is a tsundere, but all I ever saw was the tsun part) and overall an annoying and demanding prick. That is why I only enjoyed the OVAs and never even bothered to touch the second season of that anime.

For the first 12 or so episodes of Nagi no Asukara, Hikari was my most hated.
I suppose Amano Yukiteru (Mirai Nikki) and David (Glasslip) are my most hated at the moment. Damnit PA works stop making terrible characters
