If you want to get it ranked, you need to have a complete set. Which includes a good diff spread of at least Normal, Hard, and Insane.
Didn't check metadata, sorry.

Generally I recommend something related to be the diff name lol. If you don't want to use default ones.

No need to set the OD as 8.7, it's just too high for these kinnd of diff. 8 will serve your need well.

00:01:132 - volume set of the two timing points are not the same here.

Another thing generally a bit unsatisfying is the hitsound system. First of all, claps are not used as whistles. They are usually used for metronome. Here it's also not suitable for this kind of music. Try to apply similar hitsound to the notes to show which track you are following, or it will seem to be a bit random to use a lot of different kinds of hitsounds in different places.

00:07:233 (3) - Here you can actually make the slider similar shape as the previous one, 00:06:555 (1) . The curve is a bit different and it's not another kind of slider.

00:13:843 (2,3,4,5,6) - I believe you can make a better star here. This is acceptable, but you may need to move some other things too:
00:28:250 (1,2,3) - This flow can be better used if more expanded. Slider 3 can be moved to somewhere else.

00:29:945 (6) - If you are aiming at making this pattern, just move it a bit to get a better outcome.
00:29:945 (6,1) - The long slider is right after the slider 6, you may want to use another kind of slider to express the long slider to avoid monotonous pattern.

00:35:369 (2) - Lean it a bit to make a better slider pattern will be a good express of the music.

General: I'm not a big fan of some of the jumps in this song you tend to use a lot of very big jumps during the slow parts of the song (for example: 00:26:386 (5,6,7,1,2,3) and 00:32:996 (2,3,4,5).

00:11:979 (1,2,3) - These sliders flow a bit awkwardly.
01:01:979 (1,2) - More Awkward Flow.
01:05:877 (6,1) - This jump is really out of place for this section of the music. Rhythmically its correct, but its a really unnecessary jump. Something like this fits that part of the song more appropriately.
