Gosh, this is the first time I advised someone to add so many whistles in his map.
Placement of notes are nice and simple, so I focus more on the hitsounds. Nice map!

Offset : 535 + resnap all notes. I'm not timing pro, but this timing is better for me.
- Turn off countdown in all diffs. It's useless.
- Your preview point sounds as nothing. Try to choose funny place than now. In all diffs of course, preview must be similar etc

The notes after the spinners come very quickly, which will be a pretty big issue for newer players as spinner recovery is one of the trickiest skills for newbies to pick up on. I would try have at least 1.5 beats between the ends of the spinners and the notes directly after them - you can accomplish this either by making the spinners shorter or removing notes afterward.

Hard

00:11:232 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - This 1/2 stream is too long and can be hard to pass for inexperienced players, I suggest you to remove (5) and to add a circle at 00:13:686 (Add a new combo to this circle). And try to make this pattern prettier by making curvilinear sliders, etc ...
00:28:686 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - The same for this pattern, remove (5) and add a circle at 00:31:141 with a new combo mark. And try to make it prettier too :)
00:28:686 (1) - This note is just 1/2 later from the previous spinner, it's not enough to be playable in a normal difficulty. So, reduce the previous spinner by 1/2
00:35:232 (1) - 1/4 is really a bad idea in this kind of difficulties even if it's a slider, it will surprise new players, so make this slider 1/2 long and without repeat (or make two circle at 00:35:232 and 00:35:505)
00:43:959 (1) - The same for this slider, make a 1/2 long slider here or two circle. ; This slider is just 1/2 later from the previous spinner, it's not enough to be playable, so reduce the spinner by 1/2
00:45:868 (4) - Add a clap to this circle to keep the rhythm, (It sounds weird without a clap here)

Hard
- AR6 is not enough for a hard difficulty, The notes appear too slowly and it's not very agreable to play. AR7 fits better for this map.
00:08:232 (3,4,5,6) - This pattern is kinda unreadable because of (5) who is hided by the slider shape of (4). So flip (4) horizontaly (ctrl + H) and replace it at the spot it was, it will look nicer and more readable.
00:23:777 (3) - Use 1/6 is fine for this slider, nevertheless it's hardly hearable compared to the sound there are on the blue tick (00:23:914) who is clearly hearable. That's why it would be nicer if you make this slider onto the blue tick. And moreover it would make a nice contrast with 00:24:323 (4) who is snapped on 1/6s ticks.
00:42:596 (2,4) - Add a whistle onto the beginning of these sliders, If you stop suddenly to add hitsounds, the rhythm will be broken and it's kinda confusing :/

Taiko
- The SB don't the fits for the taiko mod (We only see legs xD) So make a Taiko BG (I know you're good for that) and disable the SB in this difficulty.
- You have 22 unsnapped notes, All are 1/6 notes. Check the AImod (ctrl + shift +A).

Sorry bout the late reply, I can't connect to Bancho now coz I accidentally went over my monthly broadband limit and can only use the campus's LAN connection ATM (means no Bancho for me T_T).

Thanx to HeatKai for the help with the offset and the mods, but I added one tiny detail to fit the mod better, and resnapped the timing sections.
