Hi! Shocking mod! ;)

Shocking Easy

Check these unsnapped objects: https://puu.sh/teAog/e42f4fdcfd.jpg

00:57:120 (1) - 01:00:649 (1) - Try to not end sliders on Big White ticks - this is bad for rhythm bcs there is strong sounds on those ticks. Maybe change these sliders to 2 circles?

Actually nothing to say about diff, rhythm is ok except 2 sliders ^, but your style is like style in 2009-2010. Thats mean 50% or more of your sliders is Straight and even more they have constant coordinates for x or y. Try to create some various patterns, bcs right now your map is kinda boring bcs of those straight lines. You can look up some patterns in ranked 2015-2016 maps though.

Pachi's Shocking Normal

Check these unsnapped objects https://puu.sh/teBcd/691b7c60c8.jpg

00:21:605 - This is not necessarily but i'd make 1/2 repeat slider here, but it's really unnecessarily

00:53:149 (6) - Move it up a bit, like you did in same pattern here: 01:00:208 -

Awesome diff

Shocking Hard

00:22:157 (4) - Overmapping, there is no sound

00:42:561 (3,4,5,6) - Highly recommend you to map these 4 sounds as singletaps bcs they are all same, now lets listen to next 4 sounds that you gave higher priority and mapped them as singletaps, listen here 00:43:443 (1,3) - and compare these beats to 00:43:664 (2,4) - beats. First beats are much stronger, so I recommend to map them as sliders

00:48:738 (1,2,3) - 00:52:267 (1,2,3) - Dont know for sure, but these overlaps and such can be a hard challenge for beginners at this starrate. I think you should ask BNs or QATs about it

01:09:693 (1,2,3) - Again, straight lines, 2009 style, try to create smth more beautiful

Shocking Booty

00:01:421 - 00:04:068 - 00:04:951 - Overmapping. I think you can find others by yourself. Even if you will keep them than why you change pattern? 00:01:091 (1,2,3) - 00:01:973 (4,5,6) - That looks strange.

00:52:267 - 00:55:796 - 0.9 to 1.5 SV change is very big for this SR, maybe lower it?

00:59:326 (1,2,3) - wow actually nice, will stole it and use somewhere :D :D :D

Try to avoid overmapping next time, this is really strange and not good

Thats it, hope you will rank it soon!

00:52:267 - 00:55:796 - 0.9 to 1.5 SV change is very big for this SR, maybe lower it? kinda boring if i make them slower :(

The folder is clean!
At the end of the map, to make an emphasis, I believe you should add a whistle to 01:10:576 - on every difficulty so the sound won't be the same as the previous objects.

[Easy]
  1. 00:07:708 (1) - This slider has an inconsistent spacing with the previous objects and it is too close from the previous slider. Since you added a new combo to this slider, I believe you tried to emphasize the louder sound while placing it further away from the previous objects. Because it is an Easy difficulty, it is recommended to follow the same spacing consistency everywhere in the map. So, you might have many possibility here, but consider moving this slider closer to the previous circle to have a consistent spacing;
  2. 00:18:738 (1) - *minor* Right now, this slider looks like it is in a straight line with the previous circle, however, it is not. I believe you should move this slider a bit more to the right so it would be more easy to see that it is not completely in a straight line. (x:432 y:115 will do);
  3. 00:24:693 (4) - To follow a good line with the previous two objects, you should move this slider to x:253 y:333;
  4. 00:33:738 (2,3) - These two objects are not symmetric nor following the spacing consistency. To make sure it is more visually appealing, you should consider moving the object (2) to x:256 y:237 and the object (3) to x:199 y:307;
  5. 00:37:267 (2) - *minor* This slider looks like to is way too close to the previous slider. I believe you should move it a little bit. I know it's not a big change here, but I believe that if you move it to x:150 y:66, it will look a little bit better. (and the spacing will be consistent also! :D);
  6. 00:45:208 (1) - This new combo is not following the consistency of your previous and next combos. It would be better if you delete it!;
  7. 00:57:120 (1) - If you want all of your objects to have a consistent spacing, this one is a bit off. You can lower it a little bit so the spacing will be better;
  8. 01:05:723 (3) - This slider is not following the correct rhythm. The sound that you are trying to emphasize is at 01:05:833 - . To improve that, I believe you should do something similar to 00:08:149 (1,2) - , by having two 1/2 slider instead of a circle and a 1/2 slider right after it. So, if you follow what you've done previously, you should do something like this:
Good map overall! No problem hitsound-wise. Keep the good work!

[Pachi's Normal]
  1. 00:46:973 (1) - Est-ce qu'il te manquerait un finish ici? Ça ne me semble pas consistent avec les précédents..;
  2. 00:50:502 (1) - Ce slider ne devrait pas être avec le slider précédent dans le combo, car le précédent fait une accentuation sur un son qui est très bruyant. Dans ce cas-ci, je te suggères donc de mettre un nouveau combo sur ce slider;
  3. 00:57:120 (1) - Si je regarde à 00:53:590 (6) - qui est visiblement la même note, tu n'as pas mis un nouveau combo, alors pourquoi en mettre un ici? Supprime-le et ajoute un nouveau combo sur 00:57:561 (2) - !;
  4. 01:00:649 (1,2) - Même chose dit précédemment;
  5. 01:10:576 (3) - Regarde la suggestion dans la section "General"
Toi et tes difficultées parfaites, va! :D

[Hard]
  1. 00:03:517 (2,3,4) - The flow from (1,2) is not very good, it feels very weird. I believe it would be better if you did a CTRL+G on the objects (2) and (3) would be more interesting. You should also keep the stacking with (3,4) to do exactly what you've done to 00:07:046 (2,3,4) - !
  2. 00:09:032 (3,4,5) - If you look at these three notes, you've made a jump with (3,4) and the spacing with (4,5) is smaller. However, on the timeline, they are placed in a consistent way, which means the spacing from (3,4) should be the same with (4,5). Would should consider moving the slider (5) away from the circle (4) to have a better spacing consistency.
  3. 00:12:561 (3,4,5) - If you take a quick look to this screenshot over here, these three objects are not aligned in a straight line. Even if it's not a bad thing, I believe you should do something else to improve this. To do so, I suggest you to move the slider (5) to x:216 y:328 so these objects will be perfectly aligned.
  4. 00:30:208 (3,4,5) - I don't like how the circle (5) lands to be in a straight line with the previous slider. You should consider moving it in a way like you've done previously with 00:26:679 (3,4,5) -
  5. 00:42:561 (3,4) - You should do something else with the slider (3) as it's a straight line and the previous slider is also a straight line. It looks boring to just follow the same line on a different object. You should move this slider to around x:181 y:350 to improve the flow and the visual aspect of these sliders.
Really good! Keep going :D

[Shocking Booty]
I want to see more from that booty.
  1. 00:02:745 (7) - This circle is placed in a straight line on the x-azis of the previous slider's end and it doesn't look quite good. To keep on with the great flow you had previously, it would be better if you move this circle higher. Maybe at around x:266 y:213?
  2. 00:21:164 (3) - If we look at your combos, 00:20:282 (1) - you added one here because it was following a different noise. However, at this place, the sound is quite different and I feel like it would look cool if you add a new combo to this slider. What do you think?
  3. 00:28:223 (4,5,6,7) - Your hitsounds here sounds a bit odd and off. I feel like it's not consistent with your previous objects. To improve this, you should delete the finish on the circle (5) and add one to (6). Also, to make it more consistent, you should also delete the finish hitsound on the circle (7);
  4. 00:36:385 (2,3) - At this part, I was a little confused with the emplacement of these circles, because they were too close from the previous slider and these objects are not even consistent on the timeline with this slider. So, I would suggest you to move these two circles to x:485 y:207. It will have a similar effect with the next objects 00:36:826 (4,5,6) - :
  5. 00:59:326 (1,2,3) - *Honorable mention* This is perfect!
  6. 01:03:958 (2) - Seeing the effect of your previous combos (the sliders that has different SVs) you should consider adding a new combo here since it doesn't do the same effect as the previous sliders.
I enjoyed this difficulty!

As it was not requested by Pachiru. hello, #modreqs

[General]
  1. You certainly don't want to use the word booty in a family friendly game.
[Easy]
  1. 00:09:693 (3,4) - what do you think about simplifying rhythm by sticking to stronger instruments.vocals and polarity while also using more sliders? Example. Something similar would have to be done to 00:13:223 (3,4,5) - 00:16:752 (3,4,5) - as well.
    Note: notice how the transition between 2 and 3 changed a little. This was done to keep straight and more readable lines, would recommend to try something similar.
  2. 00:21:605 (4) - take the slider out, remove it. the reason for that is that 1/2 in Easy would give a lot of tension, which is not really necessarery as this is just a drum sample. Giving a bit of a "break" here would help beginners recover and feel a lot more reasonable.
  3. 00:42:561 (1) - remove the new combo? I believe that altering combo length is not quite a thing to use in this difficulty. 1/2 patterns and 3/2 sliders are difficult on their own, changing combo length is likely to complicate reading and confuse players.
  4. 01:00:649 (1,2,3,4) - the sliders go off vocals leaving the stronger parts mapped with slidertails, which does not quite match the music. Try sticking to the downbeats and vocals?
  5. 01:06:164 (3,4,5) - definitely feels seems to be like a Normal-ish pattern. The objects overlap in a way that seems to cause some reading discomfort as well. how about something obvious and less complicated? Straight sliders, for example, give a clear sense of rhythm.

    A few things here and there, overall it could be more polished, but it's not bad. OH, and why does it use x0. SV through the whole difficulty except for the intro? I feel like kiais are far more intense. Perhaps, you could just use x0.9 or the whole song. (or lower the SV you started with and set every multiplier to x1.0)
[Pachi's Shocking Normal]
  1. Could probably use OD 3 or 3,5 just to make 3/4 things less painful. I'd recommend 3.5 to be safe and keep thing balanced, yet slightly more simplistic.
  2. 00:04:620 (1,2,3) - these three could have formed a triangular pattern for better flow. It might a bit tricky, but hey, you could just move the first two combos lower and move them freely. example
  3. 01:01:090 (1) - I believe that two 1/1 sliders here would work better, besides, this would give 01:02:855 (2) - some extra emphasis as this would be the only 2/1 slider. example

    I love it!
[Shocking Hard]
  1. 00:02:304 (4,5) - 00:03:737 (3,4) - after just introducing 1/4s in a stack, it's better not to stack 1/2s as to prevent confusion. Alternatively, you could unstack 1/4s, though.
  2. 00:03:076 (1,2) - 00:01:091 (1,2) - 00:04:179 (5,1) - try to be more consistent with the jumps? Beats are of pretty much equal intensity in a repetitive intro, yet some get jumps and some don't. This could be quite confusing and/or misleading.
    Note: 00:07:267 (3,4) - same here. Go easy on players, these are the first two times when 1/4 beats are being introduced.
  3. 00:55:796 (1,2,3) - 00:59:326 (1,2,3) - something similar to the suggestion above, using equal spacing values would make more sense here.

    Interesting mix of linear/symmetrical structure. I am quite puzzled with the SV usage once again, though.
[Shocking Insane]
  1. 00:01:642 - you really should have placed here a clickable object as there is a beat. What makes it practically a must is the fact that you have a beat on 00:01:421 - which is practically overmapped, yet ignore a strong beat.
    Note: 00:04:068 (5,6) - same thing about the circle being overmapped/slider undermapped. As a matter of fact, you could fix just the overmapped things and this would be okay. Alternatively, though, you could go ahead and re-work this intro part to utilize every 1/4 beat with reverse-sliders. Thing about it and decide what would work the best.
  2. 00:10:576 (7,8) - (7) is played as a circle, you click and let go, hence the 7-8 spacing feels like an antijump. I would rather move (7)'s tail somewhere else? Or even use something more jumpy? example Unless you intended it to feel like an antijump, of course
    Note: 00:14:105 (7,8) - 00:17:635 (7,8) - 00:19:620 (3,4) - same goes here.
  3. 00:30:429 - I am not exactly sure of ignoring this beat as both vocals and drum suggest an object here.I would rather shift to strong bass and vocals here. try this?
    Note: probably that would require changing 00:33:738 (3,4,5,6) - as well.
  4. 00:37:598 (7,8) - after the previous 1/2 antijumps this will definitely confuse players. Consider lowering spacing here to make it more readable?
  5. 00:43:443 (1) - 00:41:127 (6,7) - since the sliders can be easily dropped, both circles can and probably should be placed further apart as to give a proper emphasis to the beats they represent.

    I am not exactly sure of the way you place 1/4 beats. Try getting a few testplays and opinions on that, perhaps it is just me.
The set is definitely not bad, but it could use a few more mods/opinions to become perfect.

Best of luck!

Hi! Noob modder/mapper here.

Easy

Didn't notice any problem.

Normal

Considering the pattern, the combo at 00:33:738 (1) - should start at 00:32:855 (6) - instead.

Also the slider shapes between 00:08:149 (1) - and 00:35:502 (4) - . The shape of the sliders in the pattern are inconsistent, at least as I see them. Some of them are linear, some of them curved, some of them are angled but not in a repeating pattern (while the rythm is the same over and over).
For example 00:08:149 (1,2,3,4,5) - goes like: ALC.L (A - angled, L -linear, C - curved, . - hitcircle).
And then 00:11:679 (1,2,3,4,5) - is: LCC.L
And the "same" applies to the sliders after.
I recommend making the sliders the same in all the patterns, like: AAC.L
Or use two alternating patterns that's fine too.
Of course, when the music changes at 00:29:326 (1) -, or 01:04:620 (1) - , the rythm stays the same, but you can use a different pattern because it's a different part of the song.

Hard

00:33:738 (3,4,5) - is different from 00:23:149 (3,4,5) - and the other same sliders in the pattern. However, it's the last one in it's part of the song, so it might be fine, but I don't see why should it be emphasised like that.
The triplets like 00:22:046 (3,4,1) - and 00:39:252 (4,5,1) - doesn't sound like it would be in the song, which is a slitgh case of overmapping. But it still plays well, so it's okay.

Booty

First AR 9 seems a bit too much. 8, or even 7.5 should be enough for that. But that's only my taste probably.
There are some similar slider-shape-pattern inconsistencies like in normal.
Considering what is on Hard, you might want to use a little new combo too at 00:28:664 (7) - for the faint guitar sound.

That's it. I hope I was at least a little bit helpful. :)
Also, now I've got this stuck song in my head. xD

Lot of great ideas that I put inside the diff, so I accepted all the mod, thanks to you Bakari! Indeed, I was thinking about changing the two 2/1 sliders, but I didn't had ideas to find ways to fix it! But now it's done, and it feels better like that now!
+ I also decreased the HP to 3.5 since I found that it was a bit high as 4.

  1. You certainly don't want to use the word booty in a family friendly game.
oh really ? just saying ~ https://osu.ppy.sh/s/292280 and that map is from a QAT :3...
and also i dont think having the word booty in a diff name isnt really offensive or vulgar and also again !! you cant really call this game family friendly anyway....i mean we have ranked maps with half naked busty animu girls in swimming clothes and maybe licking ice cream too,so i dont think having the word booty hurts :>
oh and i forgot,we even have maps with 18+ lyrics,so osu + family friendly ? not really~

[Easy]
  1. 00:09:693 (3,4) - what do you think about simplifying rhythm by sticking to stronger instruments.vocals and polarity while also using more sliders?

I changed the intro so much and tbh i'm sick of it. There are SO MANY totally obvious overmapped maps even from BN or QAT's so compared to these 5-7 seconds,its absolutely nothing
  2. 00:10:576 (7,8) - (7) is played as a circle, you click and let go, hence the 7-8 spacing feels like an antijump. I would rather move (7)'s tail somewhere else? Or even use something more jumpy? example Unless you intended it to feel like an antijump, of course
    Note: 00:14:105 (7,8) - 00:17:635 (7,8) - 00:19:620 (3,4) - same goes here. i dont really want to put anything jumpy between all these sliders,i wanted to have it like clean and linear,something jumpy doesnt really suit imo
  3. 00:30:429 - I am not exactly sure of ignoring this beat as both vocals and drum suggest an object here.I would rather shift to strong bass and vocals here. try this?
    Note: probably that would require changing 00:33:738 (3,4,5,6) - as well. idk,i really like my doubles :>
  4. 00:37:598 (7,8) - after the previous 1/2 antijumps this will definitely confuse players.

The set is definitely not bad, but it could use a few more mods/opinions to become perfect. hearing that from you,really gives me motivation ! thank you so much <3

Also, now I've got this stuck song in my head. xD
too lazy to reply now after bakaris mod and stuff,but oh well~

Except you are missing a few points, most of such maps have warnings in the description, lyrics inappropriate for children and are labled accordingly. Besides, here's a quote from the rules:
We are an all-ages community.
Do you really think that sexualizing this in such a game is a good idea? I don't.

Oh well,i'm not planning to change the diff name anyway. If Irre was allowed to use the word booty why am i not ? Only because i'm not a qat ?
And the map is also not some fancy 2010 map or anything when rules were different. Should put some warning in description "warning 18+ diff name* lmao

:3
Lully
just put a +18 stuff warning in the description and everyone is happy lol

or rename the diff to "Shocking Body!" because when they sing "party" it slightly sounds like body.. OwO

Shocking Booty is meant to be the insane,this doesnt really need any jump overmapped 4* diff
its fine how it is
Aurele
The spread is fine, in my opinion.

As for the difficulty name, I don't see any issue with it. In the preview point, it sounds like they were saying "Shocking Booty" and let's face it, the word "Booty" is not explicit.

ar9 is overkill
00:20:282 (1,2,1) - Inconsistent ncs with 01:09:693 (1,2,3) - I would change the former to 1 combo
00:24:914 (4,5) - and 00:31:973 (5,6) - consider changing these to sliders? these beats feel empty
00:27:340 (1) - Flows nicer when u move the middle anchor down+right
00:36:385 (2,3,4,5) - why arent these dsed like the next 3 times u do this 4 circle pattern?
00:53:149 (3,1) - inconsistent overlap when compared to 01:00:208 (3,1) -
Shocking Hard
00:07:046 (2,3,4,5) - quite confusing to read

00:07:046 (2,3,4,5) - quite confusing to read
00:20:282 (1,2,3) - for such strong notes mb space a bit more? if i make them more spaced its maybe too big for a hard diff
00:19:951 (4) - inconsistent with 00:12:561 (3,4) - pay closer attention to the music,its inconsistent too :>

M4M hi :D
Shocking Booty
00:01:973 (4,5,6) - Match this with the previous pattern (instead of stacking the notes)
00:06:164 (7) - Same deal with matching patterns here, the placement of this makes it weird since previously you put more emphasis on this sound
00:52:267 (1) - Starting from here to 01:01:752 (4) there's a lot of clockwise-only motion, should consider changing the rotation at the second "shiritai part"
01:02:855 (1,1,1) - I think this pattern just works better if you make the directions going opposite from each other
Shocking Hard
00:05:833 (4,5) - Should this be a triple too?
00:52:267 (1,2,3) - In general, maybe make sliders like these overlap a little less. Seems maybe a bit too much for a hard diff?
01:02:855 (1,2,3) - Same as other diff, would work better I think with different slider directions

really late M4M return

  • Easy

  1. 00:17:635 (4) - simply add curve for emphasing
  2. 00:33:738 (2,4) - the movement just too solid here, try to decrease it by add light left curve for each slider
  3. 00:50:502 (2,1) - these two slider represent same type of rhytm, which make the (1) feel a bit lost emphasis there. down curve will just great there
  4. 00:55:796 (4,1) - you can make exception for this one, why? because it was mirroring
  5. 01:01:090 (1) - and up curve for this one

    i see that you try to apply simplycity as basic for new players out there, but well, you dont actual really have to
    try to check blanket again, theres a bunch of nazi such of 00:13:223 (3,4) - or 00:14:105 (4,1) -
    yes player not gonna see it, but if you really focusing on simplicity try to take attention on these kind of minor stuff

  • Normal

  1. 00:18:738 (1,3) - you can actually avoid this by not making (2,3) sentrimetically blanket, nope its not gonna ruin anything considering theres a huge gap after
  2. 00:27:340 (3) - 00:32:855 (6) - its identical rhytm right? what if try to make it more clear by make the angle similar
  3. 00:33:738 (1,2) - it just my feeling maybe, try to check this
  4. 00:54:914 (2,3) - you can make it blanket actually (ignoring ds warning)
  5. 00:52:708 (4) - 2~3 grid to left imo, too much hold
  6. 00:59:767 (4) - 3~5 grid up for this one

  • Hard

  1. 00:03:076 (1,2,3,4,5) - this pattern a bit pushed to get (1,5) end overlapping dont it?
  2. 00:10:576 (7,8) - nice 2012 typical hard diff lol. you can actually stack it to next slider head instead to get more movement yk
  3. 00:12:561 (3,4,5,3,4,5) - a bit disapointed how it cant be same linear
  4. 00:20:171 - even if that was slider tail this point is not really neccesary to get overmapping
  5. 00:41:679 (1,2,3) - similar overlap indeed
  6. 01:02:414 (7) - add up curve
  7. 01:06:605 (6) - focus with the flow (5,6) instead of pushing to take blanket (4,6) there
  8. 01:10:686 - please no overmap on hard

  • Insane

  1. 00:36:385 (2,3,4,5) - this worser than sotarks 1,2 pattern tbh
  2. 00:39:914 (1,2,3,4) - you can make this potential soft jump pattern actually, same as earlier and later. just make the ds bigger part by part
  3. 00:50:502 (1,2,3) - im not fans of this such of pattern, evenso this can be nerfed like 00:01:973 (4,5,6) -
  4. 00:51:385 (4,5,6) - ^
  5. 01:04:620 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - i dont noticing entire map for NC tho, this is unconsistent NC applyment
Theres from me, cant do much tbh
Good Luck

Hello, here doing m4m with Pachiru.

[General]

* not sure if it matters, disable widescreen support.

* 00:50:502 - start kiai here? instead of 00:50:061 - (like Pachiru's diff)

[Easy]

* OD2? since the rhythm is kinda tricky.

* 00:09:032 (2) - move like this? http://puu.sh/tq9Dw/2dcec97c44.jpg

* 00:09:032 (2) - just my opinion, a reverse slider like this 00:01:973 (2) - would fit better with the vocal
so how about this? http://puu.sh/tq9Oc/1cbcd46550.jpg
or sth like 01:04:620 (1,2,3,4,5) - this?

* ^ same until 00:18:296 -

* 00:13:223 (3) - missing hitsound

* 00:07:267 (4,1) - make these into a 1/1 slider? its rhythm is harder than Normal so,

* 00:20:282 (1) - 01:09:693 (1) - remove NC?

* 00:38:149 (1) - remove NC

* 00:50:061 (1,2) - swap NC

[Normal]

* 00:16:090 (2,3) - really minor thing cuz sliders don't affect accuracy, these two looks kinda similar/symmetrical therefore imo it doesn't visually indicate really well that 00:16:752 (3) - is a different rhythm. so how about rotating 00:16:752 (3) - a bit like this? http://puu.sh/tqaoL/d3ac776485.jpg

* 00:20:282 (3) - how about ctrl+g?

* 00:32:855 (6,1) - swap NC

* 00:41:679 (1) - remove NC

* 00:51:385 (2) - use same one with 00:50:502 (1) - ? http://puu.sh/tqaS1/bb16136b02.jpg

* 01:01:090 (7) - NC

* 01:09:693 (1) - remove NC like you didn't NC at 00:20:282 (3) -

[Hard]

* 00:05:833 (4,5) - this is easily misreadable like it starts at 00:05:723 - ,
maybe add a circle at 00:05:723 - to make a triple as I don't see any big problem doing that.

* 00:07:488 (4,5) - coonsider unstacking this and seperating them.
This could be confusing to read since you used 1/4 stacks right before this. 00:05:833 (4,5) - 00:02:193 (4,5,6) -

* 00:27:782 (6,1) - swap NC

* 00:39:473 (1,2) - ^

* consider using higher DS/SV 00:50:613 - ~ 01:04:620 - here. This part feels easier than before even though it is kiai.

That's all. Good luck!

really late M4M return

  • Easy

  1. 00:17:635 (4) - simply add curve for emphasing
  2. 00:33:738 (2,4) - the movement just too solid here, try to decrease it by add light left curve for each slider dont really like it hoey they look curved :(
  3. 00:50:502 (2,1) - these two slider represent same type of rhytm, which make the (1) feel a bit lost emphasis there. down curve will just great there
  4. 00:55:796 (4,1) - you can make exception for this one, why? because it was mirroring
  5. 01:01:090 (1) - and up curve for this one

    i see that you try to apply simplycity as basic for new players out there, but well, you dont actual really have to
    try to check blanket again, theres a bunch of nazi such of 00:13:223 (3,4) - or 00:14:105 (4,1) -
    yes player not gonna see it, but if you really focusing on simplicity try to take attention on these kind of minor stuff
this ^^^^^^
  • Normal

  1. 00:18:738 (1,3) - you can actually avoid this by not making (2,3) sentrimetically blanket, nope its not gonna ruin anything considering theres a huge gap after
  2. 00:27:340 (3) - 00:32:855 (6) - its identical rhytm right? what if try to make it more clear by make the angle similar
  3. 00:33:738 (1,2) - it just my feeling maybe, try to check this
  4. 00:54:914 (2,3) - you can make it blanket actually (ignoring ds warning)
  5. 00:52:708 (4) - 2~3 grid to left imo, too much hold
  6. 00:59:767 (4) - 3~5 grid up for this one

  • Hard

  1. 00:03:076 (1,2,3,4,5) - this pattern a bit pushed to get (1,5) end overlapping dont it?
  2. 00:10:576 (7,8) - nice 2012 typical hard diff lol. you can actually stack it to next slider head instead to get more movement yk idk,i like 2012 style :>
  3. 00:12:561 (3,4,5,3,4,5) - a bit disapointed how it cant be same linear ssrryyy
  4. 00:20:171 - even if that was slider tail this point is not really neccesary to get overmapping it is,you can hear the sound on 00:19:951 (4) - is keep going
  5. 00:41:679 (1,2,3) - similar overlap indeed
  6. 01:02:414 (7) - add up curve
  7. 01:06:605 (6) - focus with the flow (5,6) instead of pushing to take blanket (4,6) there why is flow bad there ??
  8. 01:10:686 - please no overmap on hardslider suits better to music + is need to have all diffs end on the same time

  • Insane

  1. 00:36:385 (2,3,4,5) - this worser than sotarks 1,2 pattern tbh in your opinion,not in mine :>
  2. 00:39:914 (1,2,3,4) - you can make this potential soft jump pattern actually, same as earlier and later. just make the ds bigger part by part dont really see why i should let them get bigger and bigger,i like the consistent ones more
  3. 00:50:502 (1,2,3) - im not fans of this such of pattern, evenso this can be nerfed like 00:01:973 (4,5,6) -
  4. 00:51:385 (4,5,6) - ^
  5. 01:04:620 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - i dont noticing entire map for NC tho, this is unconsistent NC applyment you can hear how a new line of vocals is on 01:08:149 - thats why NC
Theres from me, cant do much tbh
Good Luck

Hi Hi ! :3 M4M

Maybe put A-RISE's member name in kanji in the tag : 綺羅 ツバサ (Tsubasa Kira) 優木 あんじゅ (Anju Yuuki) 統堂 英玲奈 (Toudou Erena)

Note
There are 4 pages of mods and I don't have time to read them all so if I say things that you alreading refuse I am very sorry

Shocking Booty
- 00:01:091 (1) - Maybe lower the first slider so it'll look better
- 00:40:796 (5,6) - I found them a little to spaced for the diff, It can be read as a 1/2 gap for new player especially if there are parterns like 00:45:208 (1,2) which looks the same (maybe change the partern with the 1/2 gap)
- 00:59:326 (1,2,3) - Nice heart !

Shocking Hard
- 00:27:340 (5,6,7) - To me it looks like they are not perfectly allign

Nothing to say about Pachi's Shocking Normal et Shocking Easy
Hoping this little mod was usefull, Good Luck and have a Nice Day ! :3

[Booty]
  1. ar 8.5 pls
  2. 00:23:149 (3) - Curve it a bit?
  3. 00:36:385 (2,3,4,5) - The spacing here is confusing to me. You overlap 00:37:598 (7,8) where they are 1/4 apart.
  4. 00:40:135 (2,3) - ctrl g

[Hard]
  1. 00:01:973 (3) - In terms of readability, I'd recommend a NC here to notice the snapping change cuz your target audience of this map are prolly not experienced players. Same applies to the later part.
  2. 00:36:385 (1,2,3,4) - Players will assume they are snapped 1/4 apart just like the earlier part, so either make them into sliders or avoid staking.
  3. 00:39:914 (2,3,4,5) - ^
  4. 00:43:443 (1,2,3,4) - ^
  5. 00:46:973 (1,2,3,4) - ^
  6. 00:48:738 (1,2,3) - Maybe hard to read.

I could only find trivial stuff. Good luck :)

[General]
  1. nope xd
[Easy]
  1. 00:14:105 (4,1) - Ultra nazi blanket issue
  2. 00:21:164 (5,1) - I think spacing between these object is too small, because it's 6/2 brake. You should increase it, because it's wrong to read, because spacing is almost the same with 1/1 beats.
  3. 00:55:796 (4,1) - I prefer avoid unnecessary linear flow here, it can be a bit too hard for beginners, who plays easy diffs. Mby try it? I think it will work better.
  4. 01:06:826 (4) - This slider is totally unnecessary for easy diff. You should remake it to 1/2 kick slider with 1/1 gap between 01:06:164 (3,4) - these objects to keep consistancy with other similar beats.
  5. 01:09:032 (2) - You should decrease drain of this slider to 3/4, because it currlently not fit music well as it should. You have more important tick 01:09:363 - here.
[Pachi's Normal]
  1. Flow between 00:05:502 (2,3,4,5) - these objects is too sharp to plays comfortable. This is normal and you should avoid flows like this. I prefer this and I think it will works better.
  2. 01:02:855 (3) - This wave can be better. Mby try it? It's symmetrical and it should works better.
[Hard]
  1. 00:02:414 (4,2) - I know, it's very nazi, but this overlap looks very bad xD
  2. 00:07:046 (2,3,4,5) - Spacing is incorrect here. 00:07:046 (2,3) - Here, when you've less important rythms you used 1,2DS, but 00:07:267 (3,4,5) - here, when you've stronger rythm you used 1,12. You should decrease spacing between 00:07:267 (3,4,5) - these objects. Anyway 00:07:488 (4,5) - this stack haven't sense, because 00:07:708 (5) - here you've clap and 00:07:488 (4) - here you have type of drum. You should make one pattern by 00:07:046 (2,3,4) - these circles and space 00:07:708 (5) - this slider stronger than previous pattern. It should works better.
  3. 00:25:796 (1,2) - Again, nonsense stack, rythm is other on these circles.
  4. For example to previous points 00:39:914 (2,3) - here you've good stacks.
  5. 00:55:796 (1,2,3) - This spacing haven't sense, because rythm here is stronger or similar to rythm 00:52:267 (1,2,3) - here, but spacing is smaller here. Please, make spacing similar at these two moments. The same 01:02:855 (1,2,3) - here, but here you've too big spacing.
  6. Overall this diff needs spacing improvements
Will propably mod last diff tomorrow, because it needs alot of work.

[Shocking Easy]

  1. 00:01:091 - Kinda curious why this part has a faster SV compared to the rest in the diff zz actually you did this in Hard too and I don't know why either.
  2. 00:29:105 - I don't really see a reason to map this tbh, it's not an important beat but I got a feel like you mapped it for the sake of patterning with 00:28:223 (4) which I don't know why you're making a pattern with these either.
  3. 01:06:826 This doesn't need to be mapped either, you didn't even make this clickable in other diffs to begin with lol
  4. Fine I guess, but I'm not a fan with aesthetics with CS2 cuz it makes things really cramped.
[Pachi's Shocking Normal]

  1. Generally looks okay but I'm more concerned about the spread, this diff could've used a lot denser rhythm than this considering how Easy already introduced 1/2 rhythms occasionally.
  2. I wish there could be a better way to handle 1/1 and 3/4 spacings, something like 00:11:679 (1,2,3) can be misleading, idk I would do sth like use different DS for each spacings, or just do any other stuff that indicate the difference in beat spacings so players will be like "hey this thing is different" or sth to make gameplay more predictable.
[Shocking Hard]

  1. 00:07:488 (4,5) - So this is a stack but 00:03:958 (4,5) isn't? I don't know if you did this instinctively without a reason but if you did then you should make them the same way for consistency.
  2. 00:12:120 (2,3,4) - Uneven visual spacing zz actually I was expecting you to use the same kind of pattern on 00:15:649 (2,3,4) considering you already did it with 00:08:590 (2,3,4) - 00:12:120 (2,3,4) which has a pretty much the same rhythm.
  3. 00:28:002 - Add sth on this for consistency with 00:31:532 ?
  4. 00:39:473 (1,2) - Swap NC I guess according to what you did in other measures of this section.
[Shocking Booty]

  1. AR8 or 8.5 should be enough for this, AR9 is kinda fast for uh 136 bpm song and it's not like AR9 will help much in terms of readability since you didn't use many big spacings in the first place.
  2. 00:04:068 (5) - No need to map this imo, kinda overmapped + you didn't map 00:07:598 anyways.
    1. Also 00:03:958 should be clickable but up to you I guess
  3. 00:10:796 (8,9) - Looks cramped compared to how you paired other sliders zz give more importance to visual spacing pls
  4. 00:15:208 (1,2) - Aren't they supposed to have the same shape according to how you did things earlier? Idk if 00:15:649 (2,5,8) are meant to be a variation or whatever but if they are then you could have apply that concept with the later measure 00:18:738 (1,2) - 00:19:620 (3,4) otherwise the thing you did in this measure will be pretty inconsistent compared to others since you used to pair up sliders on other measures unlike this one which you applied a different concept.
  5. 00:24:914 (4,5) - 00:31:973 (5,6) - aaa yes pretty misleading cuz you didn't space these big enough to indicate the difference in beat spacings from those circles earlier.
  6. 00:24:914 (4,5) - 00:31:973 (5,6) - I prefer 1/2 sliders instead of circles tbh, currently it's kinda unclear whether you're following vocal or the main melody and using sliders will make 00:24:914 (4,5) - 00:31:973 (5,6) more noticeable to interpret as the same instrument rather than vocal.
  7. 00:28:223 (4,5,6) - Nah this kind of stack usually doesn't play well, when you're stacking stuff you want the strongest sound to be the last circle of the stack, in this case 00:28:223 (4,6) are equally strong so the emphasis on whatever you intended to emphasize is pretty much gone.
  8. 00:49:179 (3,5) - Visual spacing visual spacing thingy, if 00:48:738 (1,2,3,4,5) are meant to be in the same jump pattern then yeah 00:49:179 (3,5) should be less cramped compared to how other circles are spaced.
  9. 01:02:855 (1,1,1) - Idk I don't think this idea reflects the repeated drums very well, the pattern can be misleading to begin with since 01:03:738 (1) is not the same rhythm as 01:02:855 (1,1) yet you made 01:02:855 (1,1,1) looked like the same rhythm on all these 3 sliders which is not.
Overall the concept and aesthetics are kinda okay-ish but they could've been polished more, and Normal could be buffed more with 1/2 rhythms for a proper spread, good luck~

  1. hard and insane have different endpoints because the last slider in these diffs has its sliderend mapped to silence (01:10:576 (3) - ), i'd probably make that slider a note on both diffs for consistency's sake and avoiding overmap
[Easy]
  1. 00:04:620 (1) - missing a clap at sliderend?
  2. 00:10:576 (4) - idk, having this be a 1/1 slider starting at 00:10:796 fits much better with the vocals and beat in my opinion, especially for an easy diff where the rhythm should be as simple as possible
  3. 00:14:105 (4) - ^
  4. 00:14:105 (4,1) - blanket looks a bit ugly. moving 00:15:208 (1) - to 284;233 fixes it, but then you'll have to fix 00:16:090 (2) - 's placement afterwards
  5. 00:17:635 (4) - same as before
  6. 00:21:164 (5,1) - idk about the "anti-jump" here. i'd probably do something like this instead
  7. 00:28:885 (5,1) - that's a pretty big jump for an easy.. i'd probably place (5) at 404;264 instead
  8. 00:41:679 (3) - NC for consistency with 00:36:385 (1,2,1,2) - ?
  9. 00:45:208 (3) - ^
  10. 00:53:590 (1,2,3) - strong beats here are mapped wrongly I guess, this rhythm would make the strong beats clickable instead
  11. 00:57:120 (1,2,3) - ^
[Pachi's Normal]
  1. 00:27:340 (3) - move the middle sliderpoint to 114;104 so it's exactly in the middle of the slider?
  2. 01:07:267 (5) - ^, move to 260;68?
  3. 01:10:576 (5) - move to 348;240 to make a triangle?
[Hard]
  1. 00:10:576 (7,8) - i feel like this rhythm would be more interesting to play like this
  2. 00:14:105 (7,8) - ^
  3. 00:17:635 (7,8) - ^ aa you get it
  4. 00:28:002 (1,2,3,1) - spacing here in general feels really weird, every note has a different spacing lol
  5. 00:33:738 (3,4) - kinda weird overlap, something like this would work better imo
  6. 00:48:738 (1,2,3) - not a big of these kinds of overlaps in a hard diff but not gonna interfere in your style D:
[Insane]
  1. 00:02:745 (7) - this note is mapped to silence
  2. 00:05:943 (6,7) - spacing feels too low imo
  3. 00:19:620 (3,4) - why do these two have lower spacing than the rest of the 1/4 sliders? D:
  4. 00:21:164 (1) - i wouldn't NC this as it's still part of the "high speed slider" pattern
  5. 00:23:480 (4,5) - pretty huge jump with not much flow, i think something like this would work better (as long as you dont make it offscreen like my example)
  6. 00:28:223 (4) - doesn't feel too rhythmically good to start a slider on a red tick, i'd rather have 2 notes here
  7. 00:35:943 (1,2) - swap NC since (2) starts the measure
  8. 00:50:061 (1) - would flow better with the next slider if this was ctrl+g'd

Hello! M4M.

[Shocking Booty]
00:01:973 (4,5,6) - Maybe copy-paste this pattern: 00:01:091 (1,2,3) - and use it here: 00:01:973 (4,5,6) - . Then CTRL-H it and align it to the objects you have there right now. Both patterns are just a bit different, I would do it for consistencies sake.
00:11:238 (9) - I would end this on red tick, the vocals don't really show clearly where that slider should end but I think that letting it end on red tick would make the map feel a bit better. Nothing wrong with the way you executed it tho Applies to all similar sections too ofc.
00:13:223 (5) - Inverting the curve makes this slider feel better imo.
00:29:326 (1,2) - Any particular reason that you decided to go against implied sliderflow and make 00:29:767 (2) - two ticks long instead of 3, like you did here: 00:22:267 (1,2,3) - ? Nothing wrong here, just makes me curious.
00:38:149 (1,2) - Would increase spacing. Spacing here: 00:37:267 (5,6) - is pretty similar despite the break between both objects being shorter. Same applies to this: 00:45:208 (1,2) -

[Shocking Hard]
00:44:326 (5) - I noticed here that blanket slightly off pls fix
01:10:576 (3) - Why not make this 2 ticks long?

[Pachi's Shocking Normal]
00:26:679 (2) - Seems like the rotation here isn't perfect (basically not 180° compared to 00:25:796 (1) - ), but it is instead minimally off. Could you check?
00:54:914 (2) - Blanket would be better if you move this 2 pixels to the right.

[Shocking Easy]
00:09:032 (2) - Maybe make a shorter slider? Vocals/guitar end a tick earlier. Same here: 00:12:561 (2) - , 00:16:090 (2) - , 00:19:620 (2) - , 01:05:502 (2) - , 01:09:032 (2) - . You probably did this for consistency, but it feels really weird.

Good luck with the mapset!
