[resolved] I can't download any beatmap from osu! website

Problem Details:
I can't download any beatmap from osu website. Everything else works fine, downloading something from other sites. Downloading from bloodcat(from bloodcat songs downloading a few minutes...). I tried turning off Windows Defender, Firewall, every protection on my router and i don't know what to do now.

Try clearing browser cache and cookies

Which browser are you using?

Try using another one.
Try logging out and logging in the website again

I'm using google chrome. When i cleared browser cache and cookies it logged me out automatically, so logging in and out doesn't work. I tried downloading songs on Internet Explorer and it shows the same error.

Are you able to download maps with a mirror such as Bloodcat?

I can download maps from Bloodcat without any problem.
@Edit: Ok i restarted my router and everything works fine now xD
