Problem Details:
So I've recently built a new pc and installed osu!. But the first thing I noticed was how my cursor freezed up every time my pen touched the surface of my tablet, I<ve tried disabling windows ink, and Tablet PC Input Service is no where to be found in my services.msc. I am using a Huion h420 and would really like to get some help figuring out how to fix this because it gets really annoying when trying to play
