00:08:016 - 00:15:016 - Try te be more consistent on what sounds you are putting doubles on, it seems that you are triying to put doubles on the kick (drums) but in some places you just dont do it, for example these 00:08:516 / 00:09:516 / 00:09:766 / 00:10:516 / etc.... i highly recommend you to put those missing doubles, it will make the map a bit harder, but a lot more enjoyable, also its fine for a 4.6 stars map. And if you think that it will make that section too much similiar to the another diff dont worry, i also suggested you to change some things in this same section on the another diff
00:15:516 - 00:16:016 - The doubles on that streams are missplaced, re arrange the stream to something like this (the doubles are now in the correct timming) https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/6922453
00:16:016 - 00:22:016 - I really dont recommend you to follow the piano on that section, its so irregular that it makes feel that section really akward and incomplete, it will be better if you make this section similar to 00:08:016 - 00:15:016 - with the notes on the synthesizer (i think that is the name for that squeaky sound xD) (and notice that the synthetizer have a different arrangement in this section so it will be different from the last section and will make the map more interesting), the doubles on the kick (drums) and the triples on the cymbals.

4K Another "Paradise"
This mod is a bit shorter than the previous one but that doesnt mean that there are less thing to fix, actually this diff is the one that needs more changes.
00:08:016 - 00:16:016 - The doubles in all this section are so inconsistent, sometimes they are on the kicks (drum) sometimes they are random and dont go to any sound, its a mess, i highly recommend you to change all that section. It will be better if all that section be a constant stream (1/8) with doubles on the kicks (all the white lines) and with triples on the cymbals ( 00:12:016 / 00:14:016 / 00:15:016 / 00:15:516 / 00:15:703 / and 00:16:106 / 00:15:891 should be only a double note just to dont have 2 consecutive triple notes) . And maybe if you want you could put some jumptrills in these sections (00:09:766 - 00:10:016 / 00:11:766 - 00:12:016) / etc.) But i recommend you to do that (the jumptrills) on the next diff, i think is extra (yeah, that section on the extra diff doesnt feel right either, even if the doubles on that diff have sense,its too easy for a 5.89 stars map)
00:16:016 - 00:22:016 - This section also needs to be a constant stream but you could add some jumptrills in these sections (00:18:016 - 00:18:266 / 00:19:766 - 00:20:016) and add the triple notes here (00:20:016 / and 00:21:016 ) . And that is the mod for the 2 difficulties that you ask for. This map has a lot of potential, probably if you make the changes and get some mods from another queues it will get ranked. ;)
Pd: Nirvana was a really really fun diff, very challenging, good for practice :D, you just need to fix the last jumpstream (the doubles and triples) and delete some minijacks that are not necessary, and maybe it could get ranked too :)

1) SNAPPING AND LAYERING
please ensure that all the beats that you intend to layer ARE LAYERED
pleasure also ensure that all the notes that are not layered to anything ARE NOT LAYERED
also make sure that the notes youve already put down are actually following something CLEAR AND WELL-DEFINED in the music - not just some shimmy shammy whoosh
keep in mind the patterns youve used and see if theyre consistent with the beats you assign them to - and if the music changes, whether or not your patterns change accordingly with it properly

2) BALANCE AND COMFORT
im not quite sure how to explain this one since everybody does have their own way of approaching things
start by looking out for anchors and extend for too dAMN long
also watch out for how you utilise trills like 1212 and 3434 since these are the ones that affect comfort the most

00:59:320 (59320|2,59508|3) - swapping the columns around would probably feel better. There's another place where you have the same pattern as this, probably earlier. I forgot where it was but the same applies there

Consistency
The reason for the pattern section being very short is because large parts of your difficulties are quite inconsistent and I don't think there's too much point in going over them, as their layering should be changed in my opinion

00:00:790 - I'm pretty sure there's a sound here. Repeated pitch sound from the synth. Same with 00:01:790 -, 00:04:790 -, etc

00:03:570 (3570|2,3570|3,3695|3,3695|2) - these sounds are very soft. Even for an Extra, I'd probably use singles instead

00:15:540 - and 00:15:727 - have a loud crash each. Normally crashes are soft af and people put triples, etc, on them - which makes no sense, really. But the crashes in Caelum are loud af. Unlike most songs, the crashes are much louder than the melody. It definitely feels off to leave them out but put doubles on the synth

Between 00:16:040 - and 00:22:040 -, I can't really tell what you use doubles for. I think it's for the piano but you've missed a lot of doubles when the piano plays. I dislike mapping melodies with doubles in 4K as you'll either run out of spaces when there's a stream (i.e. make a chord trill) or inconsistently leave out a lot of the notes

00:22:602 -, 00:22:727 - and 00:22:852 - should get doubles, imo. I can't hear any strong sounds there. 00:22:540 (22540|1,22540|3,22602|2,22602|0,22665|1,22665|3,22727|2,22727|0,22790|3,22790|1) - this jump trill is also confusing, there aren't prominent sounds like with 00:22:040 (22040|1,22040|0,22102|3,22102|2,22165|1,22165|0,22227|2,22227|3,22290|0,22290|1) -. There are other places like this, too lazy atm to find them. It's easy enough, though

00:37:633 (37633|1,37633|2,37633|3) - other sounds like this have doubles. Remove a note

00:39:570 (39570|3,39570|2,39633|1,39633|0,39695|3,39695|2) - these sounds are soft, change to one note

00:48:290 (48290|3,48290|1) - and 00:48:415 (48415|3,48415|1,48415|0) - have the same sounds. Same with 00:50:290 (50290|0,50290|2) - and 00:50:415 (50415|3,50415|0,50415|2) -, etc

00:48:040 (48040|2) - this LN should probably end at 00:48:290 -. The sound is practically gone after this point and it makes it slightly more comfortable to play the SNs there. Same applies to similar LNs ahead

00:48:040 (48040|2,48040|0,48040|3,48040|1) -, 00:50:040 (50040|3,50040|1,50040|0) -, etc could probably have one note taken off them each. Adding an extra note just cause there's an LN is quite weird, imo, since you're still increasing the chord size without an increase in the musical volume

00:52:290 (52290|1,52290|3,52290|2) - use a double. Consistency issues, as this sound has been mapped with doubles before/after
00:53:290 (53290|2,53290|1,53290|0) - ^
00:53:665 (53665|0,53665|2,53665|3) - ^

00:56:008 (56008|1,56008|0,56008|2,56008|3) - at the very most, this should be a triple. Definitely not a quad. It's much weaker than the crashes beforehand, 00:55:790 (55790|2,55790|0,55790|3) -, which have triples. These crashes have been mapped as triples much earlier in the difficulty, so don't swap the triples and quads around

00:58:758 (58758|2,58758|3) - remove an LN. Same as the other sounds, they only got an LN each

From 01:00:008 - to idk when, you seem like you're adding doubles for some of the synth sounds. Like I said earlier, this is inconsistent cause you're missing a lot of doubles when the synths are fast

01:11:008 (71008|1,71008|0,71008|3) -, 01:11:258 (71258|0,71258|3,71258|2) - and 01:11:508 (71508|2,71508|1,71508|3) - should be doubles imo. I can't hear any strong sounds here

01:23:508 (83508|1,83508|2,83508|3) - this should really be two SNs here and two SNs at 01:23:570 -. The LNs don't make sense to me cause the sound isn't sustained. Plus the sounds at the points are pretty much identical, so it's doesn't make sense to map one and leave out the other, especially since the first got a triple. Same with 01:23:695 (83695|0,83695|1,83695|2) -

01:25:133 (85133|1,85133|3) - and 01:25:383 (85383|1) - have the same sound. Use the same notes. I'd use a LN+SN at both the points

01:25:258 (85258|0) - no sustained sound, remove the LN

01:25:508 (85508|3,85508|2,85508|0,85633|2,85633|3,85633|0,85758|2,85758|0,85758|3,85883|3,85883|2,85883|0) - don't feel that these are strong enough for triples

The drums between 01:31:008 - and 01:32:008 - have been mapped constantly as doubles beforehand. Change all the triples to doubles. Considering that the melody is barely audible at this point, due to the drums being quite loud, I'd ignore it and leave it for the hardest diff. Therefore, change the pattern to the following;
