Problem Details:
When setting up a new map and placing a timing section you could usually place an inherited section on it by either pressing ctrl+shift+p or going into the timing menu and pressing the + button.
When pressing Ctrl+Shift+P while on the time of the first section nothing actually happens at all.
When pressing the + button in the timing menu the inherited section is placed BEFORE the uninherited one, messing up your snapping and what not.
As far as I have tested this only occurs on maps that only have that single uninherited section and nothing more. When testing this on maps with more uninherited sections later on, both ctrl+shift+p and the + button worked just as intended.
This was tested on the version mentioned below (cutting edge, idk why it says stable) and also Stable (latest)
