Problem Details:
As i put in the title, i have been playing for months with 0.5Ms, and i opened osu last night, and it was 8.4ms, i tried it in full screen instead of my usual 1360x768 windowed, still 8.4, i tried it with letterboxing, 8.4, i tried all versions of osu (Fallback, Stable latest, Cutting edge), 8.4, i tried it on compatibility mode, still 8.4. I havent installed anything recently and i just now ran a full malwarebytes scan with 0 threats, so i cant think of anything actually causing this problem.
