Here's the first video of the story if you don't know what I'm talking about: https://youtu.be/tHUI8twX-s4?list=PL34E6C9C627621984

This story has intrigued me over the last year or two since I've first watched it, and it recently popped back up into my mind, so if you don't mind, I would like to share it with all of you and see what you all think.
A bit of an into: Drift0r (Link to his youtube channel) is a youtuber that posts Call of Duty content. I used to watch his videos on the regular until I saw they started to drop in quality. The thing I like about Drift0r is the fact that apart from only posting Call of Duty content, he also posts various philosophical videos, as well as dream videos (usually in his earlier years).
Alright, here's my opinion on his Epic Dream (warning: spoilers! I highly recommend actually watching it before reading):
Sorry for the rant, but what are your thoughts on this epic story?
As a bonus, here are a few other videos that are very interesting and might be worth your while:

Alright, here's my opinion on his Epic Dream (warning: spoilers! I highly recommend actually watching it before reading):
SPOILER
Note:I do not mean any offence to Drift0r or his beliefs, he’s actually a good guy and I watched his videos until them starting to drop in quality. I hope if he reads this (he won’t), he won’t take offense.
When I first watched this a few years ago, I was jealous of Drift0r for the ability to have these lucid dreams. I’ve only dreamt lucidly once and it didn’t turn out too well; don’t want to talk about it here, and having a full-blown lucid dream sounds incredible. Then I kept on listening to his videos and when he started talking about Mr. Shadow and some of his other dreams, I started to feel a bit scared and sorry for the poor guy.
As I finished the story, I started to feel a bit sick, and I don’t even get queasy at graphic gore or much else. It’s simply amazing how the poor fellow describes this dream in such detail. My dreams are nowhere near that graphic or specific, and I usually forget them in 10 minutes. The dreams I end up remembering are usually relatively vague except for the lucid one.
Alright, now what I think of the story. In all honesty, I started to laugh out loud when I heard Drift0r say “vampire” the first time. The whole idea of vampires is preposterous. I really thought the story was going to go another way, like a self-improvement story (because he joins the social group and makes a new friend). But no, you can never predict what is going on in that man’s mind. The vampire theme works well, he actually explains in detail how a group of vampires would get on by with their special needs.
The backstories of the other characters are also very detailed and well thought out. The story of the dominatrix was the best one in my opinion. The group’s decision to recruit her instead of kill her was interesting, and I wouldn’t have done the same.
Lastly, the ending intrigues me. I still wonder about it to this day. How did the girl who gave him the kiss (her name escapes me) know what was going to happen in the future? She obviously did, because she told him to “protect me”. And if she did know, why didn’t she do anything to prevent it? Almost the whole group was killed because of her stupid plan. What was her endgame?
