General:
You need a difficulty of 3 stars or less for this to be rankable.
Maybe put a space between all difficulty names? Like "Level 40" instead of "Level40"

The timing is off; though the BPM is 189.00, I think you'll need multiple offsets. Ask for help here: viewtopic.php?f=60&t=13795

Colors 2 and 3 are very similar. Since this is for Pokemon Gold/Silver, why not have two shades of those two colors be your 4 combo colors, to fit the theme? Try:

Combos come to often; aim for new combos every 5-9 notes instead of 2-3.

Level40:
00:13:504 (2) - Just make this a copy of (1), rotate it around the y-axis, and align it to the end of (1). Right now it's close but not exact. Also, it'd be prettier and cooler if the two of them were centered around the y-axis like so:

00:51:599 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - This pattern, especially (4-7) is quite confusing especially for your easiest diff. 00:56:678 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - is slightly better.
01:03:663 (1,2,3,4) - not evenly spaced- try going to grid level 4 or placing with gridlines toggled off.
01:10:647 (3,4,1) - ^

Level60:
00:05:250 (1) - End node 1 grid down for symmetry
00:13:504 (2,3) - Maybe make these only repeat once to fit with the music.
00:21:123 (5,6,1,2,3,4) - Why are these practically silenced?
00:40:805 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - It looks like these repeats of 3 are supposed to all be the same, but they're not. Pick one set to work with, make sure it's symmetric, and copy+paste for all.

Feels overmapped with all those streams.

Though the difficulties were fairly close in stars, they played differently, which was good. I like your patterns, but I thought Level100 was slightly overmapped and that Level80 was best. Anyways, starred!

BPM is 189.05, your offset is right. Though practically the true offset is 1440

Timing:

I agree with akrolsmir witht the fact that this music has multiple timing sections. here is what I got:

Offset: 178ms BPM: 189,16
Offset: 40.774ms BPM: 187,50
Offset: 45.894ms BPM: 189,08

Don't rely 100% on my timing though, cause I'm far from being an expert yet.

General:

You will have to crop your bg image, currently is 1280x768, max resolution allowed is 1024x768

Change your tags "Golden Heart" to "GoldHeart" and "Silver Soul" to "SoulSilver" cause that's how the game is actually named in english.

Also, I dont approve your lvl 20 as being your easiest difficulty, there are just too many tricks

Level 100:

00:23:498 (2) - Move this 1/2 later, anyways, this is overlapping with the previous slider in the timeline, and this should never happen.
00:28:100 - Add a note here, and start the spinner 1/4 tick later.
01:12:532 (1) - Lower the volume of the spinner

Level 80:

00:23:022 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - I suggest you to remap this, this seems very dull compared to the rest of the map imo.
01:16:341 (1) - Lower volume too

Level 60

00:05:249 (1) - End this slider 1/4 earlier, I'm guessing that this wasn't supposed to happen
01:05:550 (5) - New combo, to maintain consistency with 01:00:472 (1) -
01:06:185 (9) - Same as above
01:16:341 (1) - Lower volume too

Level 40:

00:00:171 (1) - You may as well end this at 00:02:233 - to make the give more time to the players for recovery, remember that this difficulty should be easier than lvl 60, anyways, the spinners is almost silenced anyways, so it wouldn't do much harm
00:52:220 (4,5,6,7) - These reverse circles seems to be a bit too confusing for this diff, mainly because it's just after an slider

Level 20

00:00:171 (1) - Same comment as in lvl 40
00:23:022 (1) - Avoid this overlap, this is pretty much borderline unrankable anyways.
