I'll assume you mean CS 4 here- Again the CS choice is in interest of keeping the difficulties in ascending order. AR 8 is very common for hards and, in my opinion, is even a little too slow for this song but I've decided to keep it at 8.OD 6 is the common OD for hards, OD 7 is very rare and would be overly difficult for a 210 BPM song.HP was explained above (and this one matters the least really, HP does not affect gameplay in a direct sense)
It makes the map a bit more challenging and would fit perfectly a Hard (on my opinion)
I would also recommend to take a look back to the breaks, since some of them Looks a bit weird spaced like this one:

Another Thing: Since there is a Holding time (I don't know how to call it right) between 02:33:197 (1,2) - and 02:37:769 (1,1) - I recommand to put some breaks there, too. It would Hype in my opinion the momentum there very high and there are actually no reason to me to let the HP bar drain (but maybe you've got some, if so, I would be interested to hear them. It shouldn't Sound like I want to offending you, I want just to understand >.< ) I like this suggestion, however the gap between 02:35:197 (2) - and 02:36:626 (1) - is too small to have a break there. This would make it inconsistent and odd in my opinion. If the situation was different I probably would have accepted this suggestion, though

(should probably add "the" in tags, as well) From what ive been told, itunes isnt always a reliable source for metadata since their official website (http://www.epica.nl/) has EPICA in capitals, i think it may be interchangeable since it does not seem to be consistent at all. Also on nearly all of Nuclear Blast Records music videos on youtube (which is their label owner/manager thing) has EPICA capitalized, ill have to consult someone.
