Could you edit it so it has a higher resolution?

Borders : Circular border with gradient glowing, if it doesn't look good with the gradient, do what you think is best :D
Any suggestions: Just give filters that make the image suitable with my border please, thanks :D. Also try to get the font type to something 'explosion' since the image is Megumin :3.
