  1. Player is not allowed to add any additional mods besides requested. If event map holder state "freemod", you can use any combination of allowed mods.

The point of this event is to keep the train going; whatever map/expectations you pick should be fun and relatively easy for players in top 10k to get... these maps are getting more and more ridiculous.

Honestly I kind of expected this to happen (players picking some of their own best achievements), probably just going to drop this thread. Was fun for a while I guess.

Yeah imma change this map if taiga doesn't mind - was having the same thoughts but was kinda salty that i got such an annoyingly harder map lmao

Actually I would prefer if the restrictment of playdate would just apply to the new challenge as well.
It's easy to take that one score you used 50 retries on 3 months ago when you were having a really good day in order to FC.

Train should rollout, if people will not enjoy event - here is the tricky point - last guy who requested a map will make it not enjoyable for others. Don't be that guy, pretty please.

There is, because it adds extra stress that makes it different for a lot of people. Not really any reason to disallow them

I feel as though this would go more smoothly if pending/graveyard maps were just banned since it would appear that having the map selector use their own judgment as to what is "too gimmicky" results in long periods without map change.

There are a lot of gimmicky ranked maps that could be picked which would also cause the same problem.

We just need people not to be retarded and realise that most people browsing this forum aren't high ranked players. The majority of picks should be able to be done by 10K ranked players with a bit of effort. The problem isn't necessarily 'gimmicky maps', it's simply maps that are too hard. It's OK if these are few and far between but it they should not be picked too often.
