Shouldn't the map be moved to pending instead of wip? I guess QATs can do that

Mapsets that have already been bubbled at some point of time are not affected for now. After 6 months since this change today (06. April 2017), they will be affected anyways.And 6 months period is not done yet so go.

But I mean if you urgently want to have (another) full version for ranked: Why don't you create one? Mapper's intention wasn't to have "just another ranked map" but to map what they like. There are more important things to complain than this.
