@Q____X: Removed the first D, but kept the second one. It's a bit weird being inconsistent like this, but I think it makes more sense to have it the second time, so the flow from the stream isn't just completely stopped. Moreover, the lesser tones of the melody are still occurring in the background, during the kiai break. So having nothing just seems odd.

@Grimbow: Had a couple people test it, and none of them said there was any delay. So it might just be you. o:

"Jon's Kantan" is N. That should be an E and delete some notes. The snapping is 4/1 and 1/1.
"Outer Oni" should be X. You must make it harder if possible. add some 1/6 notes sparingly.

Sorry, but icons matching difficulty names is not a requirement.
As long as the spread is linear (and a few other rules) then the spread is rankable.

@SteveOsu420: I have to agree with Jonawaga here. Difficulty icons do not always represent the overall density of said difficulty or difficulties well. As long as the spread has a linear progression of difficulty, all is okay. :3

Outer Oni, 01:15:936 - wanted to show the difference in pitch between 01:15:832 - , 01:15:936 - , and 01:16:039 - . kdk works better for that, than kkd. Same for the next point too. I think keeping the 1/6 consistent for 01:50:384 - is a bit better than changing it for just the last time. Moreover, I don't think kddk sounds right here, since it's going opposite of the music. Because 01:50:453 - and 01:50:522 - are the higher parts of this pattern. So making them d would remove that emphasis.

00:10:039 (36) - 00:11:695 (43) - 00:12:522 (47) - finish to emphasize the music. if it can be emphasized, why not?
And also about the pattern 00:09:832 (35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42) - here, try removing some notes, giving breaks to player because this pattern is kinda too long (and similar to Oni, which is kinda weird for me)
00:13:970 (54) - might also want to remove this because need to give a break to player?
You're using way too much triplets on this diff. Such pattern like 00:39:832 (167,168,169,170,171,172,173,174,175,176,177,178,179,180,181) - is way too long without breaks. Try using 3/2 or 5/2 pattern instead or 3/4 + 2/2 + 3/4 on one way. The more i mod, the more i mention something, the more this diff might change to my style (lol) going to leave you on that, and hopefully you will consider tweaking it. If unsure of anything, you can ask me (or Ayyri) for help

[Futsuu]

00:04:246 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16) - this pattern also needs break. continuously 1/2 patterns (especially these ones are so long) needs more break. for example, you can make smth like this to give more breaks, or anything else that suits you. but i wont recommend pattern like the current one. the current diff i see is an easy muzukashii lols also i dont recommend the blue tick note placement because the rhythm is kinda hard to catch (remember, you're mapping for a beginner, not an advanced player who wants more fun with mods on easier diff)
And also try making some part different from muzukashii (ex 00:43:970 (125,126,127,128,129,130,131,132) - ) i doubt muzukashii on that part would be tweaked because it's already good on that part, so what you should do is tweak this diff. removing 00:44:281 (126,130) - makes it more futsuu-ish lol
Yeah not commenting too much either on this diff. You should definitely delete some notes

[Kantan]

00:36:522 (57) - K here? same with 00:38:177 (60,61,62) - , emphasizing beat on 00:36:522 (57) -
00:48:729 (75,76,77,78) - 01:45:005 (57,58,59,60) - i doubt these kind of pattern with short break. kinda unsure if it's allowed or no, but i think a kantan with 1/2 pattern needs more break more than this
01:12:108 (1) - better as D, following the other diff also lols i mean the music is strong there so why not
01:32:384 (38) - move to 01:32:591 , suits the music better

Since to keep the rhythm basic, you already need to have a lot less notes than the other difficulties, but I don't want to have the Futsuu be really close to the Kantan due to how the rhythms work in the song. :v

I don't see why tweaking you diff makes it close to Kantan. I'm not talking about 'using long pattern on futsuu is bad', but im talking about 'how you lack breaks which you caused from having a long pattern'. If you say you're following the rhythm closely, you're implying that you want to make the futsuu close to muzukashii, and not wanting it to close to kantan. Example is like pattern from 00:17:074 to 00:32:177 (roughly). There are so many 3/2 and no 2/1 breaks, so i think removing some notes are really fine honestly.
Another thing is, it's alright if a futsuu contains so many 3/2 but with the same pattern constantly (ex : 3/2 kdk over and over, or 2/1 kd continuously, or something like that). Because they're easy to hit for players. But in your diff, there are even some notes on blue tick but you didn't give any breaks there (like 00:35:695 (99,100,101,102) - ). Yeah i know you're following the rhythm, but giving beginner this kind of placement without breaks seems bad.

Well if you insist, i don't mind. I'm just replying because i think that it's still not a good thing for a Futsuu with lack of breaks and something like that

That's why many of the patterns repeat themselves, not just because the song itself repeats a lot. It's so the player doesn't have to play a different pattern every time a new note comes. Moreover, not mapping the blue ticks kind of makes what was being followed weird, since normally you could just remove the note on the blue tick and still be fine with the first and last beats, but it doesn't sound quite right in most instances here, making for a long break. And having longer breaks will make it harder for a beginner to know when to hit. I've had people that play at a Kantan / Futsuu level, play the bottom two difficulties, because I wanted to make sure they weren't too dense, and none of them have seemed to have any problems with them so far. Neither have, well, the previous modders. So if more people say that it is a problem, things will be changed.

@Kazaze: Futsuu, 00:16:453 - Honestly think having a note here is okay, but I removed it because of Senritsu's mod. :v 00:35:281 - Want to keep the same vocal pitch that 00:34:867 - is mapped to. 00:41:695 - It's a part of a very simple 4 note pattern. I think removing only one of the notes would be rather confusing, since you have the other three following the same sound, but nothing for one beat. :/ Even with the suggestion afterwards, that makes it even harder for a beginner to read, just because of the 1/4 usage. 00:46:246 - Already explained why I disagree with this in the Outer Oni. Only time the pattern is kd is to greater emphasize the vocal clip after the calm melody.

Outer Oni, 00:36:108 - and 00:37:660 - have distinct sounds from the background here, just because they're not following the vocal clips beforehand, doesn't make them unimportant. 00:44:591 - These notes in the calm part, I just flat out disagree with making the outer notes the highest, when the ones on the inside of the pattern are the most emphasized. 00:56:384 - Disagree with CTRL+Ging, 00:56:384 - , but I will consider making the first note a k, since I can see your point with this suggestion. Also, don't really want to add in more 1/6 than I already have, because it would mean I have to ignore the notes the finishers are mapped to. And the finishers are a more prominent theme throughout the difficulty, so I would prefer to keep that, instead of just adding in more difficulty for the sake of being able to. 01:40:867 - Disagree like before.

01:15:842 - Like you did at 01:19:143 you could end the stream here and make 01:16:039 a don ;w;
(The way the slow part at the end is mapped is kinda interesting)
01:41:047 - Kinda the same thing as comment #1
01:42:729 - Also the same thing maybe? ^
01:44:177 - I really think that d k d k sounds better than d k k d ;w;
01:46:039 - The instrument kinda falls here so shouldn't it be a don?

@Taikocracy: 00:49:557 - Wanted to keep following the same sound, with the same color. Even with a finisher. But I dont mind having 00:49:557 - as a d. Either color sounds okay here. xD 01:15:832 - First kiai doesn't have the same finishers the later ones do, making it the most intense one. I'd prefer to leave the stream as is. Already explained in the previous mod why it's d k k d, and not k d d k, which was what most of the latter points were about. 01:46:039 - The instrument falls yes, but I think k emphasizes the echo a bit more sharply than a d would.

@Vulkin: Futsuu, 00:07:350 - is following the quieter rising sound in the background, and not the standard shranz triplet rhythm here. 01:45:005 - Either way sounds okay, since they're all the same sound. lol

Outer Oni, 01:32:901 - is there to not disrupt the flow from the streams, and to follow the weird vocal clip as well. (Cuz a sudden pause feels really weird. :v) 01:40:246 - Explained this multiple times before. 01:50:591 - and 01:50:798 - 1/6 should end with a d, since the last note isn't as high as the other notes. And because 01:51:005 - is lower than 01:50:798 - . So having them the same color would kind of ruin the pitch emphasis here. :/

Much calmer part of the music, the only use of 1/2, seems off to me.
I recommend removing 57 simply because it doesnt fit the the difficulties of the sections of your difficulty.

@Nepuri: The first ones are finishers because of the break afterwards, whereas the latter ones aren't due to the build up, plus the spinner afterwards. So I didn't want to overload the player. I'll consider changing them to finishers though.

You're using way too much triplets on this diff. Such pattern like 00:39:832 (167,168,169,170,171,172,173,174,175,176,177,178,179,180,181) - is way too long without breaks. Try using 3/2 or 5/2 pattern instead or 3/4 + 2/2 + 3/4 on one way. The more i mod, the more i mention something, the more this diff might change to my style (lol) going to leave you on that, and hopefully you will consider tweaking it. If unsure of anything, you can ask me (or Ayyri) for helpTried to change some of the longer patterns to have more breaks, but other than that I'll try my best to keep this in mind for future reference o/

@yuzu__rinrin: Futsuu, accepted the first and last point to make things simpler. The other two suggestions map the patterns a bit awkward though.

Outer Oni, accepted the first two suggestions to follow the vocal better, but still disagree with the latter two.

@Diva Days: Futsuu, 00:48:108 - is emphasizing the airhorn in the bg, rather than a vocal, like the D at 00:46:453 - did. Which is also why one is D, and the other is K. Two different pitches.

01:12:522 - Same reasoning as the last point, moreover, the sound is pretty important here too. 01:19:143 - There's a clear finish sound in the background. It'd sound really weird to just ignore it. :v

@Raphalge: 01:37:970 - Adding in a random third kat here would kind of mess up the whole flow of the stream, and the consistency of it. Moreover, it sounds a bit cluttered with the 1/6 right after it. 00:29:281 - Wanted to keep from 00:29:074 - to 00:29:695 - all k's to emphasize the deeper tone of the vocal clip here.
