Sorry for this late-as-hell mod :cry: But better late than never?

well...nothing here, just some suggestions:
00:35:751 (1) - Maybe start this slider 1/1 earlier (00:35:145) to match the vocal section?
00:44:236 (2,3) - Maybe use a 1x repeat slider here instead? http://puu.sh/7SyV
01:17:569 (X) - Maybe use a 1x repeat slider to end on 01:18:175 (1) to match the vocals? http://puu.sh/7SyN

[Ah! Normal]
The 2.0 SV seems a bit much especially for the first, more calm part of the song (all non-KIAI parts). It does fit very well in KIAI. Maybe use a slighty reduced SV multiplier for non-KIAI parts (~0,8x) combined with a slightly higher distance spacing (1,00x non-KIAI, keep 0,80x for KIAI). You'll have to rearrange all the sliders and spacings but you probably know this. The absolute distances between notes will stay almost the same for the non-KIAI parts after the changes but the slightly reduced SV fits much better in my oppinion.

00:03:024 (1,2,3) - first combo is set to 0,8x distance spacing but 2nd combo (00:04:842 (1,2,3,4)) starts off with 1,0x and ends with 0,8x and 0,9x. Is this intended or just by accident? I'd stick to one fixed spacing throughout a normal-diff and keep it that way as long as you don't have any SV changes (1,0x if you add the SV multiplier; 0,8x if you don't). Maybe disable grid-snapping to place the notes more exactly (you can hold [Ctrl] to snap them in line every 45° if you want to do straight lines).
00:23:630 (3) - I really didn't expect the 3x repeats in the first play, especially with all those 1x repeats before. It fits quite well but those unexpected kicksliders tend to throw off beginners (the "normal" players)
00:25:145 (2) - Remove the repeat to match the vocals? (like 00:19:690 (1,2))
00:56:660 (3) - I suggest keeping the vocal-follow you established before and therefore start this slider 1/4 later on 00:56:812 (use 25% or 50% to hear what I mean)
01:13:024 (4) - Maybe remove the repeat to fit the vocals
01:16:660 (7) - ^

Overall some sliders could be curved nicer around their neighbours but it is nothing major nor is it really necessary...just some cosmetic stuff if you want to make it look better:

01:22:115 (1,2) - personally I wouldn't overmap those two vocals, maybe just map them as they are (two notes each: just remove the repeats)

This map flows well and fits the song just right! I like it :oops:

AR9 really doesn't go well with this one :roll: AR8 fits much better imo.
Other than that: Some weird spacing and jump-distance decisions but it is playable 1st time and therefore I can't complain. (for insane diffs anyway). Doesn't have the same good flow of the [Hard] but differences in mapping style keep everything fresh and interesting.



Overall a well made mapset with a nice SB (as in "it doesn't bother me while playing"). Hope my suggestions help a bit :oops:

Alright I went through all the pages and made all the mods -- even made the kiai time a little more "interesting", took out the double timing section, and changed the offset to 630 instead of 600.

I just noticed that Liz's avatar is wearing my headphones; 100% approved :D But only with this and this too 8-)

I'm totally done modding this time for real ~_~ the more I work on it the less intuitive it gets.

Mainly this is out of place because of the amount of times a single repeat was used right before this note. It's confusing to the player.
01:17:599 (1) - Make this a more practical slider shape. It's all scrunched up and shit :<

Ah! ztrot's Easy:
The only problem I have with this map are the sliders like 01:01:236 (3). Crunchy sliders don't belong in an easy difficulty like this. It's like basically like a SV change, especially if the person is using OpenGL and doesn't have the normal slider rendering on.

Anyways, good map. Good luck, hope I helped. I would have starred but you said not to. I still will if you want...

I adjusted the 00:45:478 note and added *some* of these combos, but with a few minor tweaks. During background changes, several large jump combos were too camouflaged on all three red, green, and blue BGs to read them. I moved a couple up and added a few of the suggestions to find a happy medium.

I'm re-modding this to give you an inundation of mods all at the same time, and because I want to see it ranked.

[storyboard]
I guess I'll tell you again how to fix it: change bg.jpg to BG.jpg or change the storyboard from BG.jpg to bg.jpg. Either one will work. Taiko goes on forever, so something happened there I'll have to look at later.

The beginning is nasty for me because you're sliding onto the downbeat. Either way you look at it, you're going to have to choose which notes are going to be sliders and which ones can't. I just think you made the wrong decisions here.

00:09:417 (4,5) - these 2 notes, if following the pattern you've been following, need to start 1/8th later. It's not perfect, and is to the point where I say don't even bother, but if you instead make them 1/8th longer and move them back 1/2 note, you get the proper rhythm. You can further improve the accuracy by changing the slider ends so they aren't snapped to the beat like this:

I implemented most of ziin's mods. :) Transitioning slider entrances away from off beats was a big step in the right direction. One beat circle and one spinner were 1/8 off. Couple jumps felt awkward. Other things.

Some of the more minor changes I wasn't really a fan of; some I made slight variations of and others I didn't include at all, but the map is definitely better any way you look at it now :!:
