tried warming up
tried taking a break
tried focusing on aim, tried focusing on accuracy
tried harder maps
tried mods
never changed settings
each day has more 100s and misses than the previous day

i need help

play more doesn't work if you're playing with a bad habit

Instead of playing for the sole reason of ranking and improving, try taking a week break and play for fun! I suggest playing multi, you can meet some people around your skill level and become friends with them! Improving with someone is a lot more fun.

your pp chart is growing steadily. your highscores graph has many current highscores.
what you can deduct from this is that you're not doing it wrong, it's just that competition is very hard currently.
i like playing for pp. i like improving and i like being competetive. but i stopped seeing rank as the measure and chose pp directly instead.
also you have your highs and your lows. at least that's how it is for me.

Try playing anything other than what you normally play, sometimes it's easy to pick up bad habits without noticing. It's easier to notice them in unfamiliar settings.
