Pretty nice map with cool storyboard but there's some NC and structure issues that I have to point out.

I wont really mention similar stuff like this further cuz im not an expert but generally u want to add NC on big white ticks. So if you do decide to change the above u may want to check ur other NCs to keep it consistent

00:09:385 (3) - I think extending this slider to red tick follows the volcals a lot better
00:11:087 (1,2,3) - spacing here could just be the same DS instead of random. Also the 3 is too close to the 1 imo.
00:08:612 (1) - u could extend slider to blue tick and remove whistle. There isn't really any music at the red tick, just the long vocals so long sliders I think are a good way to represent that.

    I notice that you (or whomever made the SB) took the lyrics directly out of the vocaloid wiki but making a lyrics SB based off of their format, I feel, makes some lyrics lacking of prominence when put together with an osu! map that has a coinciding variety of objects that also represent the song

I'm very happy to recheck the SB but the thing is all the lyrics elements are made from XinCrin LyricsGenerator, so you tell me like put some spaces into the word or something,i have to redo all the lyrics elements again (and nobody likes that) D: (but the good thing is i already know how to make SB in storybrew, but is too late ;wwwwwwwwwwwwww;)

I mean, some of those mods you don't necessarily have to fix, but something like separating the hiragana from its kanji base is like a really big issue. You don't really have to re-do the WHOLE thing, I mean, truly, it's a really nice storyboard and I know that there was plenty of effort put into it.

If you want to fix the "blanketing is off" problem and/or don't believe me, try using beat snap advisor 1/16 and slowly rotating the object by 1 degrees until it looks right.
