00:37:172 (4) - this could be interpreted as 1/4 rhythm like 00:37:886 (2) - I'd suggest stacking with 00:37:458 (1) -
00:40:029 (2) - there's a pretty important sound on the white tick here that should have a hitobject
00:42:458 (2) - important sound on white tick, should have it's own hitobject as the sound on the white tick is louder in comparison to the sound where the slider starts

The Insane difficulty has a pretty big jump in difficulty compared to the other difficulties:

SR 1,41 -> 2,00 -> 2,69 -> 3,93

00:38:601 (4,5,1) - seems a bit awkward to play, and looks a bit weird because of ds? small thing but can move circle 5 to the right until ds is 1.3 again and it flows better to me
01:03:458 (3,4) - same thing with spacing looking weird because of slider shape + ds but does not have to change. just something I saw
01:14:029 - the section from here to the end, you use 1/1 sliders but they skip over strong notes? I guess it doesn't matter either because I still hear that it matches the music, but I expected this part to have a bit more objects because of the constant 1/4 notes from the (harp??) the same way this section in easy and hard have more clickable notes here than in other parts of the song

00:40:029 (2) - there's a pretty important sound on the white tick here that should have a hitobject every part has a big slider ending on clap so i don't see a problem in other sliders ending on clap too, also it gives diversity in rhythm. same answer to all sliders you pointed later
00:42:458 (2) - important sound on white tick, should have it's own hitobject as the sound on the white tick is louder in comparison to the sound where the slider starts

The Insane difficulty has a pretty big jump in difficulty compared to the other difficulties:

SR 1,41 -> 2,00 -> 2,69 -> 3,93 don't judge difficulty by stars please, judge it by gameplay elements
HP 8 is really unnecessary and too unforgiving i want to give challenge, also it felt fine for me, even with some misses i could pass it, and even with hr i was fine
