I am looking to get StepMania 5 Up Arrows from this linK:

t/140251

I downloaded the arrows but now have no idea what to do. I've heard of an extracter or frog extract or something but I really need a step by step process on how to get these arrows up and going on my osu.

A thorough answer would be appreciated. Thank you ^^

P.S. I'm new to all this stuff. :o

Do you want the whole skin or only the arrows?

I want the arrows! I've downloaded them, but now I need a link for a winrar or something...

And I don't know how to locate my osu folder.... I don't know anything I'm 100% new to this.

To extract the file, you can access 7-zip here
Then, to locate the folder it is probably in C:\Users\(Your user name)\AppData\Local
This address has to be typed manually.
This address is valid if you install osu! currently.
My older version is in C:\Program Files\

Then, you can go to
C:\Users\(Your user name)\AppData\Local\osu!\Skins
and place the folder into here.

If you want to combine your current skin with your arrows, just copy all arrows .png and paste to your current skin folder

1) Has to be typed manually WHERE exactly? Computer rookie here.
2) Place what folder into \osu!\skins?

This is what i meant step by step :?

I downloaded the arrows.
I have installed this zip link you gave me. When I get to the local folder there is nothing in it. and i dont have anything called"osu skins" anywhere following that path you gave me.
