Hi, noob mod incoming!

Insane
General: Sorry that might sound a bit harsh, but this is clearly not cut for an Insane difficulty. What Insane difficulties should contain are: Streams, more spaced 1/4(in this map's case) singletaps, maybe some kicksliders here and there. This right now works as a second hard diff for your map, which should be reworked with the patterns I mentioned above, unless you want to keep 2 hard diffs. (In this case though, you might need more Insanes and Extras than usual, but don't quote me for this since I don't really know how difficulty spreading works exactly.)

Anyway, with that huge mistake stated above, I will still try to mod this difficulty for what it is, if you decide to keep it like that :)
00:28:063 (3,4) - Looks aesthetically more pleasing like this: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/6567052 ,and more fitting for the next slider to be emphasized as a different sound.
00:39:163 (2) - I'd curve this like the last pattern I showed you. If you decide to rework the upper one, I highly suggest you to rework this one aswell.
00:44:863 (4) - In the whole section this is the only slider with a curve like that, maybe you should change it to fit the other ones a bit better
01:07:663 (7) - NC this.
01:08:863 (11,12,13,14) - I'd rework the whole section to something like this - https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/6567124. You don't need to copy the placements, but the rhythm on my pattern is better in my opinion.
01:22:063 (1) - I'd make this one a white slider tick instead of a sharp angle. (See 00:44:863 (4) for more info)

And with that I'm done with the "Insane" difficulty. Not really what I expected but not as bad as I thought first after I saw the SR :D

Last inherited point at 01:28:213 is unnecesarry and should be removed.

That concludes the Hard difficulty. It has some questionable triplets but I decided to not touch them because I'm not experienced enough to tell whether they should be removed or not

For now I'm only doing 2 difficulties because I also have another map to do. Feel free to queue up once again for the easy and normal diffs once my queue is open :)

  1. Remove all of current tags, because this is metadata and your nick.
  2. Please make end of spinner on Easy diff the same with other diffs
  3. No combo colours? Please add combo colours mixed with BG colours.
Easy:
  1. 00:28:663 (3) - I think this circle is to close with 00:26:863 (1) - slider. Please fix it, because it destroy visual aesthetics.
  2. 00:35:863 (5,1) - Look at this blanket from 00:35:413 - this perspective. Can you see it? Move 00:36:463 (1) - this slider, because this blanket looks very bad.
  3. 00:53:863 (4) - This slider should have the same shape with 00:55:663 (1) - this slider. Composition that we can see right now is unnecessary, because 2nd slider is curve less, and it not looks good.
  4. 01:06:463 (2,3) - This circular flow looks weird right here. I prefer flip 2nd slider in vertical line for better look. My proposition for arrangement

  4. 00:22:063 (1) - This slider rotation breaks flow, which form 00:20:863 (7,8) - these notes. For easy solution of this problem i prefer rotate this slider by 36°.
  5. 00:40:063 (1) - This slider should have shape like 00:36:463 (1) - this for more understandable aesthetics
  6. 00:48:463 (5,6) - These sliders have other shapes and this makes visual aestheetics weird right here. Try copy 00:48:463 (5) - this slider, and paste it 00:49:084 - here and finally rotate it in horizontal flip by clicking CTRL+H
  7. 01:10:963 (2) - This slider destroys rythm, by starthing here. It should starts 01:11:113 - here and ends 01:11:863 - here for better rythm feeling.

  3. 00:06:163 (2) - The same problem, but you should rotate this slider by 6° for aesthetic improvement.
  4. 00:20:563 (3) - Very uncomfortable to read antiflow. I prefer move it a bit to right to obtain more enjoyable and natural flow. My proposition ↓

00:04:663 - here's a nice violin chord that you ignore completely in favor of boring 1/2 drums
00:05:713 - note here on the violin too
00:08:113 - violin plays here

basically what it is is just generic 1/2 rhythm you can stick into any map, why play this one instead of some other random map? you should try to make your map follow the unique parts of the song rather than just drums that anyone can play at some other map imo.

00:14:563 (7) - has a small overlap with 00:13:813 (5,7) - cuz of stack leniency. you could manually stack going downwards to avoid this.

00:36:163 (6) - rip square shape, this note look pretty random if it isnt in that shape with 00:35:263 (3,4,5,6) -

00:47:413 - well now instead of ignoring the song you ignored the song and the drums.. clear note here please add it

01:01:513 - the vocal is here, shouldnt you put the circles here?

01:06:613 - there's a piano chord here to spice up the rhythm if you want.

for the rest of it, it's very similar. you ignored the vocal rhythm starting on blue ticks, and just dropped note on 1/2 everywhere. i suggest you listen to the song on 50% speed and take care to put clickable object on the important parts of the song. this kind of mapping is appropriate for a normal or low sr hard, not the last difficulty in a mapset.

please tell me if you have a question, or want me to explain better. i'm really sorry if this mod sounds very mean.

for the rest of it, it's very similar. you ignored the vocal rhythm starting on blue ticks, and just dropped note on 1/2 everywhere. i suggest you listen to the song on 50% speed and take care to put clickable object on the important parts of the song. this kind of mapping is appropriate for a normal or low sr hard, not the last difficulty in a mapset.

rhythms
i feel like many places are undermapped/overdone or they don't follow the music really well. for example let's take this one: 00:00:463(1,2,3,4)- this one does not follow the song really well because here it is supposed to be double-extension of the drums (exactly it looks like here is every hiatus of the drums) so it sounds like dum__dedum__dedum something like this so a rhythm like this one would fit much better the drums.

00:08:113(2)- instead of seeing this stronger upbeat how it is less emphasized by the reverse arrow, i would like to change the rhythm here a bit like in this picture http://puu.sh/tbnuN/a499ab0614.jpg so the stronger upbeat would be not only more emphasized, but it'll be clickable as well.basically it would be like as you did for 00:03:313(2,3)-.
00:20:863(1,2,3,4)- tbh, a rhythm like this one would work much better because i feel like there's basically nothing on these 1/4 ticks where 00:21:313(2)- and 00:21:913(4)- are placed so my feelings are that the 1/4 ticks are basically overmapped imo.

00:56:563(4,1,2)- tbh, that stronger cymbal sound from 1/4 tick needs to be clickable in order to get more emphasis. this rhythm would work much better and moreover, it would follow the vocals and the instruments much better and that stronger cymbal sound from that 1/4 tick would get more emphasis by being clickable.

aesthetics and flow
some sliders does not look really great for example this one from 00:05:263(1)- which makes the movement to feel a bit forced imo. try to replace it with a curved slider instead for example for a better movement of the cursor.
00:07:663(1)- this zig-zag slider looks awful and seems like it needs some improvement imo. try to improve this zig-zag slider like in this picture http://puu.sh/tbrLQ/2850115882.jpg.
00:10:063(1,1)- this one looks really weird imo. why don't you stack them instead? 00:11:563(1)- would be still readable since the nc placed on that note would indicate that there's a note stacked under 00:10:063(1)-.

00:14:263(3,4,1)- having a pattern like from this picture http://puu.sh/tndDL/680ed07bfc.jpg would improve the flow plus the movement of the cursor tbh. if you wonder why the spacing between 00:14:713(4)- and 00:14:863(1)- is that because the vocals are getting more intense on (1)-'s head imo.
00:16:663(3,4)- is this supposed to form a blanket? if yes, the blanket looks pretty off tbh.
00:22:963(3)- tbh, i would unstack this note from 00:22:063(1)-'s head for avoiding readability issues.
00:24:463(1,2,3,4)- i don't really like how the cursor flows here. maybe because of 00:24:463(1)- which is straight slider and somewhat wants to reach the linear flow but it looks like it failed.i would suggest to curve the slider like in this picture http://puu.sh/tne8w/f3673e9431.jpg and then don't forget to re-arrange the whole pattern http://puu.sh/tneaC/31450ba0cd.jpg. you will reach a good circular flow here tbh.

here i will give you few examples of where the spacing should be improved:
00:13:363(3,1)- you can increase the ds here a bit for giving more build-up effect since the vocals are getting more intensified on 00:13:663(1)-.
00:15:613(2,3)- maybe some increasing in ds wouldn't hurt since the vocals are pretty intensified on 00:15:763(3)- tbh.
00:18:013(2,3,4)- ^ for some build-up effect and also the vocals are prety stronger here imo.
00:20:263(3)- i would better unstack this slider from 00:19:663(1)- because having the heads stacked gives zero emphasis to the stronger vocals plus no build-up effect tbh.
00:27:763(3,4)- i know there's a tiny stronger beat in the song which is barely audible imo but having 2.41x spacing doesn't seems really good imo so better reduce the ds a bit here but still to give build-up effect. for instance, use 1.50x distance.
00:29:488(1,2,3)- tbh, you can space the sliders like in this picture http://puu.sh/tnEwq/f69de27954.jpg by using 1.80x distance because between 00:29:488(1)- and 00:29:563(2)- there's still instensity in song and having the ds a bit higher would be good to give more build-up effect plus more emphasis to the intense part of the song.
00:31:663(1,3)- i would prefer to have some 'jumps' here instead of stacks which gives nothing to the intensified vocals tbh. same goes for:
00:32:863(1,3)-
00:36:463(1,3,5)-.
00:34:663(3,4,1,2,3,4)- maybe increasing the ds here a bit? the vocals gets pretty intensified and having some jumps here would give more build-up effect and more emphasis imo.
00:40:063(3,4)- you don't have to change the sv here just because this is the most intense part of the song imo. delete that sv from 00:40:063- because a jump would be enough to give emphasis plus build-up effect.
00:41:263(5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2)- this is the most intense part of the song tbh but seems like you mostly used only antijumps. why don't you try to increase the ds here to make some jumps here? just for the sake of giving more build-up effect and emphasis.
00:46:063(1,2)- here applies tho.
00:46:663(1,2)- you can have a jump here because of the intensity of the song but don't make them to be so far away from each other :(
00:47:263(1,2)- increasing the ds here wouldn't hurt tbh because the current spacing gives no emphasis and no build-up effect for the intensity from the song.
and so on...
i suggest to use higher spacing (jumps) where's ONLY the intensify in the song, not in the chiller parts so be careful with the jumps and antijumps usage here! moreover, in the kiai parts, there are some stacked hitobjects like 01:01:063(3,1)- ; 01:05:263(1,3)- ; 01:10:663(3,1)- ; 01:13:063(3,1)- ; 01:14:863(1,3)- and so on and i would like to unstack them to give more build-up effect and emphasis to the intensified parts of the song because the stacks which i mentioned gives nothing tbh.

00:38:263(1)- the nc isn't supposed to be placed here because there are no any new stanza so better remove this nc.

my apologies if i said that i will continue on the next day but i continued after almost 2 weeks xd plus for the big mod. about spacing, the spacing in low diffs should be consistent because it could cause readability issues to the new players tbh so don't believe that you can change the spacing in Easy and Normal diffs xD. anyway, i hope my mod would help. you need to improve a lot of things but you're at beginning so in the future you'll improve and you will map more and more better in the near i can feel it.
